There was great hoopla yesterday as Biden signed the "Respect for Marriage Act." Same sex marriage has been legal since 2015. Interracial marriage has been legal since 1967. The law is not as groundbreaking as some might think.
The law does not force any state to allow same-sex marriages but does require it to recognize a union that occurred in another state. Under the new law, every state will have to recognize legal marriages regardless of “sex, race, ethnicity or national origin” and to guarantee access to federal spousal benefits and protections.Some of it is likely to be struck down. Biden being Biden, he could not refrain from his usual performance- lying.
President Biden is being criticized by some on social media for seeming to suggest that gay Americans being expelled from restaurants is a widespread occurrence in 2022.
During an event celebrating the passage of The Respect for Marriage Act on the South Lawn of the White House Tuesday, Biden remarked, "When a person can be married in the morning and thrown out of a restaurant for being gay in the afternoon, this is still wrong."
It's bull, as is virtually everything Biden says.
I am all for this law in principle, but the law does something else. It opens to the door for something I've been warning about for some time- pedophilia. Let's go back to a comment made by Chuck Schumer.
"This legislation is a chance to send a message to Americans everywhere: No matter who you are, who you love, you, too, deserve dignity and equal treatment under the law. That's about as American an ideal as it gets.""No matter who you are, who you love..."
That's pretty inclusive. "No matter who you are" includes pedophiles and "who you love" includes children. Something to chew on. But that's not why I brought you here. DO you know who Marti Cummings is? He's the drag queen invited to the White House to celebrate the signing of this bill. He wants your kids to "suck d***."
Earlier this year, Cummings tweeted: 'The kids are out to sing and suck d!' In another message they said: 'Anyone who thinks drag isn't for children is wrong.'Yeah, because "sucking d" is exactly what kids should be doing. It appears he has at least one child to "perform" for them next year.
