I always forget I have a PayPal account until the mother-in-law sends money through it for the kids for Christmas or birthdays...

We’ll never ask for your PayPal password or financial details by email or message, or over the phone. Forward suspicious messages to phishing@paypal.com and then delete them.

They replied with an email notifying me that they had received my request and were working to complete it. I believe it took them a few weeks before I received another email notifying me that my request had been completed.

All these big tech platforms have been corrupted by the Dems. I suspect they worked out a deal between them a few decade ago that if big tech did their bidding, they wouldn’t break up big tech’s monopolistic business practices.

By tolerance I mean putting up with things that I don't much like but that don't really harm me or others. Like the fact that 70% (+/-) of black folks are born out of wedlock. I don't use that because it does me or no one but themselves harm. If I say it, it is processed by others as hate speech rather than as a fact. If the queers want to call their unions marriage, let 'em. I don't agree, but it's not a hill to die on. Bad policies, OTOH, affect us all. YMMV.

If you own it - sell.
If you're using it - stop.
We stopped this summer. If you must use it until you get with the program and port to an alternative, keep minimal dollars on balance. If conservatives woke tf up, we could take down eBay AND PayPal in 2023. (And Etsy just for the hell of it).
But many of the racists there are fake...just trying to make Gab look bad. So I just ignore them. Block and move on.
No it is very clearly speech related, which his highly suggestive of content control. They put out a policy saying they would ding users $2500 in “fees” if they found a user violating their speech codes. They got a lot of pushback for that; claimed it was an ‘error’ in their terms of use update... and then a few weeks later snuck some very similar terms back into their TOS.
Just the anecdotes are enough - why ban a guy who sells a phone that is free from the Apple/Google ecosystem? Either they are acting in anti-competitive ways with their two largest mobile platforms, or they don’t like the idea of a phone that would allow users to load apps unapproved by the duopoly of Apple/Google for the speech implications such a device would enable. Couple that with their alignment with the ADL and SPLC and the answer is pretty clear. Though, to be fair, PayPal might be concerned about getting kicked off the Apple/Google duopoly if they don’t police content.

The other credit card companies and banks will attempt to do this at the behest of the democrat party.
Been trying to get my money from them for nearly 10 years now. I won’t conform to their requirements of reporting as income especially when its under a hundred bucks.
