I’m a great fan of conspiracy theories because lately they have been more like spoiler alerts. Okay joke aside. Simplest explanation, Covid Escaped.
Now this is where the conspiracy theory comes in.
China locked down Wuhan hard, at least that’s what they said. China also left the Wuhan airport open, that’s what we know. The ONLY reason to leave the airport open is to intentionally spread the virus and in result cover their asses for working on a bioweapon. Recall, FDA/CDC/NIH always look to China for the source of the next annual flu.
Now consider all the crap China makes. One of the biggest complaints is that the QUALITY SUCKS. Why then would anyone believe China could build and operate a level 4 bio lab? I believe Wuhan was a piss poor example of a Level 3.
Simple explanation, China was working on a Bioweapon, it escaped, they spread it to cover up the work, and finally their TIMETABLE for an actual attack was moved forward or exposed. If not a Bioweapon, then why Zero-Covid policy? Control yes, but there is something else.
Last thought, someone said the US was funding Wuhan research as a method to spy on Chinese Bioweapon research. BS!!! If true, the world would have been told or at least Wuhan lab would have had a very BAD FIRE to sterilize the area by now. More likely China found some GREEDY AMERICAN STOOGES, Fauci et.al. to provide funding, research notes, samples etc. to actually ADVANCE their Bioweapon work. Simply a handful of GREEDY AMERICANS most likely at the heart of this entire mess.

Because if it was discovered that this was a lab leak (intentional or accidential) it might jeopardize future virus research funding. All these virologists compete for that funding and if it is cut, they will suffer.
So, they went silent and aided the cover-up through their silence.
Folks, we have gone from a society where we investigate the roots of everything to one where our culture is collapsing (no great works of art, literature or cinema) our science is collapsing (funding over truth) and our institutions place the religion of gov’t over everything else.
They followed China’s lead on masking, lockdowns, etc.
The federal gov’t went full fascist overnight and Trump did nothing about it. He didn’t speak out. He didn’t oppose. He just allowed it to happen while Fauci lied and shifted positions.
I am sorry, but this was another one of Trump’s greatest failures.

I don’t understand what the upside is supposed to be for “gain of function” research. Why on earth would we (Fauci, NIH) fund this in communist China?
I recall Fauci saying that he had full trust in Chinese (Wuhan) scientists. It’s hard to believe anyone could be so stupid. However, evidence of extreme stupidity from the American left (Communist, Marxist, progressive, liberal) abounds.
I also recall reading that Obama banned gain of function research in the US, as being too dangerous. (True? false?). It seems that Fauci sending the work oversees was an end run to a Presidential directive. It has been revealed that the team (Fauci, Eco-alliance, Wuhan institute of virology) privately suspected a lab leak, but publicly insisted that the virus came from an animal.
What do we know for sure? The NIH funded Eco-alliance, who funded the Wuhan institute of virology to do risky gain of function research. The disease originated in Wuhan China.
Given that gain of function research continues elsewhere, this topic is clearly pertinent to our well-being and even to national defense. Even our one-party MSM press should be interested.

I think there are good guys and bad guys so I don’t lump the whole ‘US Military” into one crime pile or else I wouldn’t celebrate Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day. Late at night - it seemed disrespectful to make no effort to make the distinction - like the left hates our whole military as if all members have the same guilt as those who dishonor their service and betray our country (John McCain comes to mind, John Kerry too).
