Yes, the plenary powers strike again. Get the election declared UNLAWFUL by citing violations of state election law rendering election UNLAWFUL. Then you can do quo warranto.
I am not a lawyer, but all it takes is 2 cheap court actions
- get election declared unlawful by state judge in evidentiary hearing.
- file quo warranto actions in Fed court to remove cheaters from office once inaugurated
Here is a lesson for you:
First, the Dems secure the votes before summer.
Second, the Dems and media downplayed Fetterman's disability. The PROOF is that when Fetterman debated the #1 search term on Google was "how do I change my vote"
You can be defeatist all you want. At least this is the start of a "plan" so we can win some elections and fix the laws.
We need to the process to be more sophisticated.
We need to have the envelopes checked to ensure that the signatures match the voter.
We need people prosecuted who allow others to vote with their ballot. (such as laser printed signatures) If your ballot was used and you didn’t sign it, you need to be held responsible for requesting it. If you requested a ballot, and did not receive it, then you need to report it immediately or the assumption is that your part of the voter fraud. Another words, your welcome to request a ballot, but if it isn’t filled out by you and you didn’t notify authorities prior, your going to jail.
Finally, we need a receipt system for voting, in person or by mail. Everyone should get a copy of who they voted for, so that if their is widespread vote flipping by machines, it becomes clearly visible early on.
ALL it takes in Delaware County is one, maybe two, supervisors simply making a mass validation of mail-in ballot applications. One could easily imagine a career SEIU/CSEA leftist government apparatchik doing this.
Now Dems can easily take one of PA's largest counties.
I remain convinced the lack of accepted court cases was because of the likelihood of success but no effective way to provide relief.

I get that, but then again I don’t.
Just because you cannot remedy the crime, doesn’t mean you can’t set precedent, and help stop it from happening again.

I'm a District Capt. and walked 163 miles knocking on doors last election cycle, as did most of my team of 12 PCPs. (Note: "defeatists" don't do that)
The larger point is that until the country returns to God and repents, no amount of human effort can improve the path we're on.

That article is about the Dems as a party changing their primary structure. It has nothing to do with how the general election is conducted.

Not saying it’s right. But if Roberts had a way in mind that solved the issue without disenfranchising voters he may have taken at least one case. PA was egregious and the most likely target.

It is definitely that. The Democrats have figured out where the linch pins are and concentrate in those counties that count. 43% of yhe absentee ballots in Pa. were cast in Delaware county with a population of 230,000 voters. Not possible. It took 120,000 to switch the state.
Combination of loose rules, skulduggery and blind justice.
