Mike Marinella, press secretary for Ron Johnson, tells POLITICO that the campaign had planned a 10 a.m. event to declare victory, but canceled it as they wait on a national outlet to call the race. No word from Mandela Barnes' campaign yet since early this morning.
It’s so great when the totally unbiased news media gets to be the official arbiter of who wins an election in this country.
It’s even more great when cowardly Republicans give in and actually accept that bullshit, as is happening here.
I have been posting links to Secretary of State websites all day and been bashed for not posting ‘sourced stories’ or correctly using HTML to post the results.
But, yeah, if the Dem’s admit defeat... I’ll chalk that up as a win and move on.
Does the Wisconsin SOS site have those numbers? I must be looking in the wrong place because I haven’t found them.
If Ron Johnson wins, then good for him.
Wow people here said he lost last night. I’m not even sure what the current count in the Senate is.
Dems need two of three outstanding… NV, AZ, GA I think are all that is left.
