A judge Tuesday evening rejected the RNC’s effort to extend voting hours in Maricopa County, Arizona by 3 hours after problems with vote tabulators created problems and led to long lines.
The judge wasn’t buying the RNC’s argument that voters were denied their right to vote.
For good measure, the judge says “The Doctrine of Laches applies.” There’s no way to do anything legally at this point, even if he agreed with the RNC. But he didn’t.

That’s not cool.
‘Most states and counties...’
Only the democrat ones.
I really hope not.
Not yet. They’re over a million votes to be counted as of right now.
Or Chinese.
Thanks
‘That’s not cool.’
President Trump will make sure that only conservative American-born judges work in our courts.
‘Or Chinese.’
Maybe but Ukrainian is more probable.
I wouldn’t count out North Korean or Iranian either.
‘Does this mean they have stolen Arizona...’
Yes.
I don’t know how it works in Arizona, but in Texas you get to vote if you are in line before poll closing time. The polls stay open as long as it takes for everyone to vote.
How many others?
That’s not true. Only the early mail in votes have been counted. They haven’t released the results from the machine Tabulators.
And how do you do that when you’re still in line?
I would settle for Jesse James or John Daulton.
Burn it down
Burn it to the ground
Burn the ground
I guess Democrats are the party that suppresses voting.
This needs to become the theme of what is discussed nationally. The public needs to hear and start to believe that Democrats do not want everyone to vote, only certain people are those they want to vote.
One: I wanted to beat any attempt by a fraudster to disenfranchise me with a mail-in ballot. On the first day of early voting, I had not received my mail-in ballot: that arrived five days before the election. (I had called the election office, and was told they did NOT mail one to me. Right.)
Two: When I used to vote on Election Day, I had several times run into delays because of one malfunction or another. In one case, they ran out of punched card ballots. In another, they had insufficient printed ballots. Weather had played a role several times. (Florida almost got nailed this time around, but I don't live there.) When I was an election "judge" some of the machines were not working properly (Obama first term vote).
This time around, voting required a full 20 minutes from my life. No delay. Every voting machine working, as far as I could tell.
"Vote early and vote as often as they will let you." Words to live by. (I voted once.)
Their votes were 'adjucated' and changed, and the voters left before confirming their ballot was read correctly. In another thread a Freeper requested confirmation, and it had changed (R) to (D), then again, so they made a 3rd ballot for them, and the next two voters with (R) ballots were switched, and the DOJ cyber 'security' units didn't see a thing wrong.
