Alex Jones was the proof-of-concept of this type of trial.

I know a lot of people have contempt for Alex Jones, but that’s because the only thing they know about him is what the lying gaslight press told them, and they are not capable of thinking for themselves and believe the gaslight press because they’re intellectual sloths.

Hoyt is simply the latest example of the ignorant and biased politicized judges that refused to consider the evidence of blatant election fraud presented to them after the 2020 election. They knew Trump needed to be defeated by any means necessary and they gamed the law just like the election officials rigged the election to suit their convictions.

The tragedy is that incompetent bigots like this are all too easily reelected by the clueless public in most states. They are loyal hacks who get put on the ballot by the Dems every cycle. The public has no idea how stupid they really are until they have to stand in their courtroom like Catherine and Greg.

Also, the fact that we often have to pay for our rights is repugnant and against the Constitution. To have to expend large amounts of money to hire attorneys to defend you for simply speaking your opinion or exercising your right to keep and bear arms, is ridiculous.

There should be strict penalties for violating civil rights. The sovereign immunity laws allow officials to violate our rights without any punishment. And, those lose have gradually morphed to the point you have to ask permission of the State to be able to sue those who have violated your rights. The Courts need to fix those laws. We should be able to sue officials personally for those violations without them being able to hide behind the “I was just doing my job” defense.
