Malone has apparently given up doing research consulting and spends his time exclusively in the social media world.
He got into a snit with the two co-authors of the 1989 paper that is his claim to fame. He thinks that he has been screwed out of royalties from patents based on his discovery. An odd complaint if he thinks that the vaccines based on it are dangerous.
It’s hard to know what he really thinks since a lot of what he is doing is aimed at social media. If he really believed what he’s saying he’d be writing for the peer reviewed medical journals that he’s certainly qualified to write for. I think that the reason he doesn’t is significant.

I like Musk, but Musk is compromised because of his Chinese Investments.
The likelihood that he won’t censor twitter for China is low.
I don’t “use” Twitter, but I certainly get a lot of information off of it on different subjects. I don’t get into ideological battles with leftist morons, and Twitter has enough of them.
Lots of good info on there as well, but I get what you mean.
I just don’t stoop to their level.

I do the same. I have a Twitter account but I rarely post. Having an account is very useful because it allows you to “follow” people who have interesting things to say. About lots more than only politics. This is like having bookmarks on Chrome or Brave.
I will never be banned, because I am there to get useful info at Twitter. For example, on low carb diets. And as I said, I rarely post. Obviously, I am not getting into tangles or debates there. Same as you.
What I have read is that politics is a small fraction at Twitter. That what is largest, is sportsball talk. IOW just more internet masturbation. For the women, fashions, hair and makeup. Prolly family and rearing children too.
Personally I use many more than two gender descriptors. Man, woman, faggot and dyke.

Probably true. But the risk to me that Musk wants a database to sell future products is less immediate that the risk Twitter provides this afternoon by spreading communism.
Also, any risks Muck gains by owning twitter already are in the hands of the current owners.

So Amazon would have a viable competitor , okay lets see how that works and what Musk will do, but Musk would want to appeal to all. Not just a leftist liberal base, so he will change things to bring back alternative thinking and ideologies because he needs the big numbers for it all to work.
So your either free to use Twitter or not, just as you are with Amazon. If Musk offers a alternative to me using Amazon then I will take it and shut my Amazon account down.

Dr. Malone is a LOUD VOICE against the Wuhan Flu Vax. He is the pioneer of RESEARCH into that tech and has been a VOCAL advocate AGAINST its use against the Wuhan Flu. Anyone with even a modicum of knowledge would know this.

I used to be on twitter.
On my phone whiling away the hours with insomnia.
I was suspended for a week for speaking some truth about China.
That surprised me.
Got back on and a few weeks later posted some truth about vaccines.
Funny, it was stuff that was well known.
So they kicked me off for good.

All the reasons I don’t have anything to do with Amazon.
My local Walmart tried to stop the grocery pickup by marking popular items as Out of Stock while those items were actually in the store. Grocery pickup was great for me while my ankle was healing and I didn’t have to walk that huge store or any other store since all of them here did it. The manager thought that forcing people back into the store would increase sales, but it did the opposite. People just shopped the other stores.
I’m able to walk the store better now but if I need a huge amount of groceries, I let them shop the bulk of it. I go in to pick out my produce and meat and go to the pickup parking area to let them bring the rest. I time it so that I can do both at the same trip.
My ankle needs the exercise but too much at one time takes about two days to stop hurting.
