Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes on Friday accused Attorney General Merrick Garland of ‘blocking’ Special Counsel John Durham from bringing charges against officials implicated in the Russiagate scandal.

“Something else going on with Durham,” Nunes said. “He has put systematically the FBI on trial here. He has showed us that there were so many people that were not just working for the Clinton campaign and the DNC. They also happen to be working for the FBI or later after the fact. They start to work for the FBI when they know that they’re actually liars… and they’re not credible.”
“So, I think what’s happening here, that Durham is being blocked, and I don’t say this lightly,” he added. “He is being blocked by somebody within the Department of Justice, or he cannot bring the charges that should be brought right now. And those are charges of conspiracy, of lying to Congress, misleading Congress, defrauding the government…”
“He has probable cause, how…” Nunes said.
“Could he possibly be blocked?” Hannity asked.

This is the oath of the US Attorney General:
“I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States.”
Garland thought it said “I will cause every bit of harm I can dish out against any enemies of socialists and Democrats and will protect Biden and Obama at all costs.”
Garland at DOJ is bad, real bad. No question this guy is weaponizing the Justice dept and FBI.

its because he has spent all his life’s energy on scheming, plotting, and politicking.
If Durham had an ounce of decency, he would resign and expose what Garland was covering up. That would make Garland an accessory, but it has probably been classified by the DOiJ so Durham could get hit with charges for that even if the classification was done to cover for corruption and a coup attempt.
So THAT is what Nunes was trying to say amidst all the interruptions from Hannity....
If Garland is interfering with Durham’s work, then Durham is not being allowed to act as an independent prosecutor, and if Durham is allowing Garland to interfere, and following his orders, then he’s as dirty as the rest of them.
Just need a legislative body with enough balls and votes to arrest, try and incarcerate the lot of them. Then let them live out their lives in GITMO as enemies of the US.

The Department of Justice appears to be the ring leader of a coup who’s more powerful than the democrat party and they are only a player in it?????????.
It was actually a brilliant plan by the Russians -- use one of their operatives to plant a story that they were actually trying to help the candidate they were trying to hurt, and vice versa.
Nunes is, of course, correct. Garland is a fundamentally amoral, corrupt minion of #TheBigGuy.
Glad he didn’t make it to the Supreme Court, that is for certain.
