The impact of the use of a nuclear device in Ukraine will depend on the details. Like any large-scale industrial army, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have obvious pressure points that would be vulnerable to nuclear attack. These include logistical centers, command and communications nodes, and concentrations of front-line forces. During the Cold War the Soviet Union expected to use tactical nuclear weapons against NATO (and expected that NATO would use them in return) and it is therefore likely that the Russian armed forces have workable theories as to how they might best use tactical nukes to inflict damage on Ukraine’s fielded forces.

Look on the bright side, it would knock BLM right off the headlines, never to return.
I did Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Monitoring in the USAF with a TS/SCI and worked in a SCIF.
Take your fear mongering elsewhere.
“Europe’s problem.”
In your dreams.
Using nuclear weapons won’t just be Europe’s problem unfortunately
Bolderdash
Not if shitbirds like you have a say.
JonPreston : “Immediately, think Biden “
(My Comment) : Exactly true !
Just think about it ..., and act accordingly
Nuclear war! Let’s get on! All hail the WEF, Biden, and Zelenskyyyyyy! Hoorah
PS - I had the same clearances and actually worked in nuclear underground testing - and TTBT/PNET treaty verification.
Pull your head out if the sand.
In the docu “First Strike” many of those professionals interviewed said that in the event of a first strike against our defense capabilities, we might not respond.
Here it is and yes, technology has advanced so that the first strike would be detected more in advanced, but he results will be the same.
JAL still uses them.
Sure thing tough guy.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki are total wastelands...
You’re just another Neocon warmonger.
If we mind our business, there won’t be any nukes used.
“What it the use of nuke in such environment?”
You’re right. It makes no sense as it isn’t real bright to light up and ruin the land you’re trying to get back. But I don’t think the use of nuclear force is what Russia has in mind for the Ukraine. That’s for bigger fish like us that are playing the game and shouldn’t be involved. It’s a stall tactic for both them and us to stay out of the main combat and please the constituents as it isn’t biting them on the keyster. (No news is good news)
It doesn’t take a sane person to destroy most of or all the earth. And neither Putin or our government heads that can push the button are that close to intelligent actions. If it happens, who wins? Nobody.

I think we all die minus the elite government types in their bunker.
Most of the “government” studies were done on blast effects. They buried the effects of radiation.
AND we have some real “experts” here that claim after a nuclear blast on a specific area, one can simply wait it out for a couple weeks and simply walk out and go on with their lives. WALLA! No problem!
They havent seen the studies that have been done, and still are being done around the Marshall Islands and its inhabitants since we managed to radiate that place and its peoples.
Nor will they recognize effects the “Down winders” experienced in NV and Northern AZ that got some real high doses.
How many hundred of thousands Ukrainian lives did it take to come to that conclusion that Russia is a ‘paper tiger,’ yo?

If they do, then we will learn. That’s the best you can do with ‘what ifs’.
We can try and prepare but you never really know until you’re *there*.
That may be true but you noted it’s Europe’s problem. All I’m saying if he hits a European NATO country then it becomes our problem.
“ Not if shitbirds like you have a say.”
Grow up dummy and learn about the real world.
You are naive and foolish.
And your dog is ugly
