President Trump’s team has requested that the Supreme Court look into the Biden FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Former President Trump is asking the Supreme Court to reverse a federal appeals court ruling to allow the Department of Justice to review classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago, per a filing.
Why it matters: Tuesday’s emergency request by Trump’s legal team marks a major escalation in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents probe.
Driving the news: Trump’s legal team in the Tuesday filing said the 11th Circuit lacked the judicial authority to stay the special master order “authorizing the review of seized documents bearing classification markings.”
CNN shared the document from the Trump team.
Attorney Mike Davis pointed out a month ago how the entire raid on the President’s home was unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful.

President Trump needs to demand that Justice Jackson recuse herself.
The 11th Circuit is under Justice Clarence Thomas.
Clarence Thomas may be in Trump’s corner, other than that I don’t know. Seems almost impossible for Trump to even get a fair shake when it comes to justice these days.
Time to see if the Court System of the United States stands up to Socialist Tyranny.

All Dem appointed justices normally line up together on votes so Justice Jackson will have their company on a full court vote if history repeats itself.
Donald Trump knows the landscape and knows the most tenuous vote on our side is Chief Justice Roberts. Who - I am quite sure - strongly disapproves of Donald Trump - although he’s a GOP appointee. Some others I wonder about are Kavanaugh and the Trump female appointee.
Justices Alito and Thomas are the gutsiest of all with Gorsuch a some times ally; some times not...

I believe it was on Mark Levin radio that these facts your post cites were covered very recently. There is no doubt the RAID should’ve never taken place, but now that this is in the courts all the way up to Supreme, where does it stand? Trump’s 4th Amendment rights against unwarranted search and seizure are already violated - big time.
He won’t recuse himself, nor should he. Then what?
