So, what does this mean?

Just early today, it seemed pretty clear that Russia is laying the groundwork for full mobilization after all. Full mobilization would mean dropping the conceit that the invasion of Ukraine is just a “special military operation” and instead declaring war. But war can’t be declared without a reason.

Seems that there is a big conflict going on inside the Russian government tonight about how far it exactly wants to go with a general mobilization and where that might lead to in the end.

Perhaps wiser heads than Putin are starting to question the "Special Military Operation" that was supposed to be over in only a few days?
