Her campaign helped fund the Steele dossier. They were fully part of this. If I recall correctly this was evidence in court.
President Trump has had to put up with a surreal level of punishment for simply trying to do what voters hired him to do. It’s really quite sick.

I suppose this is the threat:

Of course Trump’s lawyers should face consequences if they lied in the lawsuit. This is boilerplate. Perhaps the mere insertion of it could be considered a threat by some.
Of most interest to me is the details of why the lawsuit was dismissed. Was that in the Newsweek article or the finding of the judge?
