Former Attorney General Bill Bar claims the Department of Justice is “getting very close” to gathering enough evidence to indict former President Donald Trump for keeping classified documents at his Florida home.
Prosecutors must decide whether they can “make a technical case” against Trump and sufficient evidence to justify an indictment, Bar told Fox News on Wednesday.
“As I’ve said all along, there are two questions,” the ex-AG said. “Will the government be able to make out a technical case? Will they have evidence by which they could indict somebody on, including him?
“That’s the first question, and I think they’re getting very close to that point, frankly.”

the country club comment was a tell
he knows it is secured by secret service
How would he know? Hmmmm?
Judas Barr just won’t shut up and go away. He completely botched the Russia hoax and spying on Trump cases. He could have investigated Biden and Hunter but stayed home doing Toobins.
They can convict him of beating his great-great-grandfather in a DC Court.
Yes mountains of evidence in plain sight…. Just like Schiff told us before.
Now we know what Barr’s role was from the beginning.
Every move he made in the recent past was with this day in mind.
spitting image
They don’t need to convict him. They merely need to marginalize him.
Yep. He was put in there to set Trump up.
If all of the lies about Trump were true (and anyone with any sense can see they’re not), a decent human being would not go on national TV to attack the man who gave him the job of AG.
Barr is far from decent.
That’s what he said yesterday
If they put T on trial, maybe we will actually get to see “the documents”. It would be an event neatly all will pay attention to (lefties and righties).
When things leak, drip etc. one at a time they are not big enough events. If people even hear them, they apply their own filters, beliefs and hopes.
That is why some people think the documents will show T guilty of something and others think the documents will expose the deep state.
