1. QUESTION FOR BILL BARR
As attorney general, did you ever take classified information home overnight to review? If you did, you violated the Espionage Act.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) September 2, 2022

2.Wouldn't it be interesting if Barr had to answer that question under oath & if his government security, staff& drivers were required to testify before a grand jury if they'd seen the former AG with such papers outside the protection of an government authorized &secured setting?— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) September 2, 2022

He probably didn’t have to...They have classified laptops that people can use from home now. It’s stupid as hell but they have it.

Now the real question is did he take home TOP SECRET or higher.

Most people are weak and spineless. They will go with the flow and try to belong.

Stupid question. Trump did not have classified information. What he took to mar a lago was declassified, and he had the full authority to do so. He did not need anybody’s permission, it is not subject to review, and Congress cannot override.

I still wish Barr was the AG right now...as that would mean Trump would still be President and Joe Biden would *not* be.

Funny, I was just mentioning Reagan on another thread. His closing of the asylums explains a lot about today’s world where a man who says he’s a woman is allowed into women’s sports, locker rooms, and prisons but a white woman who says she’s black is immediately canceled.

His father hired Epstein, wrote a novel called space relations about child molestation, and Barr was in the CIA. He supports an assault weapon ban, and he wrote the illegal rules of engagement for Ruby Ridge.I don’t trust that clown any further than I could throw him.

Wray never did seem to be supportive of Trump, not from the very start.
One of those people who will give you a nice warm smile as they stab you deep and repeatedly in the back.

didn’t have to...They have classified laptops

The internal DOJ watchdog documented, irrefutably, that Comey leaked the contents of a classified memo to his legal team, first orally and then by providing a copy of the document. Some of the memo’s content was then leaked to a media organization by one of his lawyers.

Yeah I’m listening to that from Levin now, that POS Barr had better get ready to have his driving crew and home watch crew get their asses hauled in front a Grand Jury and testify to this.

If you are a private citizen, unless a government document is mailed to you directly, all government documents are classified from the general public.

A better question: Did.you keep digital copies of classified documents illegally on an unsecured private server and email copies via non encrypted email?

Why is the Hillabotch Clintdog not in prison?

“Another Trump appointee turns on Trump.”

He was never a supporter of Trump. He was a deep state plant. Trump had a very limited number of options for attorney general that would have been approved by the senate. No wingman for Trump.

“Now the real question is did he take home TOP SECRET or higher.”

The higher would be compartmental and the only two people that are automatically awarded that clearance are the POTUS and VP. The departmental heads secretaries, are approved for that level by the two officers and after that the agency heads that get it coming down the line from approved individuals.

And unless Barr has a storage and reading area in his home, a scif, he can’t observe compartmental at home. A sensitive compartmented information facility was in Mar-O-Lago for the president’s use while in the white house. Top secret by itself does not require one. Compartmental, which seems to be the original problem, does.
