He is expected to target and declare war against his political enemies in the speech.

Biden specifically is going to target those Americans who want to “Make America Great Again” and label them a domestic threat.

This looks to be a speech for the ages, right up their with Chavez, Castro, Stalin and Marx.

Trump tweeted that "There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent." In doing so he accused my elderly relatives, who have voted by mail for years, of voter fraud, a felony. I'd say that's pretty disparaging.
