Ignore the trash talk: Republicans can and will win this November
Washington Examiner ^ | 9/1/2022 | Herschel Walker

Trash talk is common in sports. Whether it’s lighthearted or nasty, the purpose is the same: to intimidate your opponent and make them lose focus and feel less confident in their ability to win.

Democrats and their friends in the media are engaging in their own form of trash talk when it comes to the midterm elections. They wave around some meaningless poll or quote an “expert” who would have us believe that Republican Senate candidates are weak, President Joe Biden has had some great successes, the Democrats’ fundraising numbers give them a huge advantage, and Republicans can’t possibly win back the Senate.

I like Herschel but he is not the best of candidates. Sometimes I feel like he just reads talking points over and over. Again, I think he is better than the alternative. But...

When do we ever get “the best of candidates” ?

Last time I can remember is Reagan, and that was more than forty years ago.

And he was half decent. His last two years sucked to high heaven. I always thought one six year term would be best.

The democrats have improved on their cheating.

Republicans may win. but it won’t be nearly as good as people expect.

While democrats control only 17 state legislatures—they control 30 state election boards.

The latter is the more important number.

BIDUNG was in hiding during midsummer, strictly isolating because he had COVID.

This removed him from the public eye for weeks.

It is remarkable how much better he looks when you can’t see him.

Bidung is only now restarting his delayed midterm election tour.
<><>it’s going to get worse
<><>will do him less good than his usual
<><>removing himself entirely from voter scrutiny.

Forget the action figure
<><>Biden is no hero, but he does have a “superpower”
<><> invisibility.
<><> being an empty suit has taken him to the top.
<><>His absence made voters’ hearts grow fonder in 2020.
<><>He “won” the presidency, by retiring to his Delaware basement, avoiding the public gaze,
<><>and limiting his visible weirdness and blunders to occasional video appearances
<><>and keeping Hunter drugged up.

He screwed up...now Bidung has to bring down sky high gas prices. Read on.

U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve Hits Lowest Level Since 1985 (See SHTF Graph)

The U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) hit historic lows this week as President Joe Biden continues to order a record release of barrels from the emergency stockpile. The SPR now sits at around 453 million barrels – the lowest level in 37 years.

For perspective, the U.S. Energy Information Administration estimates that in 2021, the United States consumed an average of about 19.78 million barrels of petroleum per day. If oil and gas production were to halt completely, today’s SPR would have just enough supply to fuel the United States for 22 days.

Anyone who need incentive, watch Biden’s prime time address tonight. If that doesn’t put fire in your belly nothing will.

True, the election thieves might actually allow that...

...so they/media can blame the Republicans for the coming recession...as cover for Biden(whomever)going into 2024.

My concern is that the uncontrolled trash talk, insults, etc coming from the left is because they no longer are concerned about the number of votes counted. Note I said counted, not cast. Their insulting and aggressive behavior is the result of their confidence in the outcome in November. They know that the systems in place to manage the mail-in ballots will carry the day for them especially since several states still have their ‘kung-Flu’ rules in place. And then add RCV used in some states and so they feel they they have a very good possibility of victory.

The Framers considered six-year terms and other term lengths as well, including a term for life.
