Is the World Weary of War in Ukraine?
American Conservative ^ | 9/1/2022 | Ted Snider

The ships laden with grain recently leaving the ports of Ukraine might be taken to suggest that those who doubted it was possible for Ukraine and Russia to negotiate had been wrong. But with the exception of a brief meeting between U.N. Secretary General António Guterres, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky, there have been no recent diplomatic attempts to negotiate an end to the war.

Instead, the U.S. has consistently discouraged negotiations. U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson told Zelensky not to negotiate with Russia. In his dying days as prime minister, he repeated that call on August 24, saying that now was not the time to promote a “flimsy plan for negotiation” with Russia.

Well, when gas prices here in the U.S. blow up as Biden seems set to ship it all to the EU - yes, Americans will be upset.

There’s a handful of FReepers that want to extend and expand it…

Wait a minute. Is there some kind of war or something going on in the Ukraine?

Rich Baris of the People’s Pundit, has voter interest in the Ukraine at less than 4% coming into the midterms. The advocates of the war who post on this forum are all #NeverTrumpers and thus aligned with the GOPe and Biden.

Yes. Because the hate Ruzzia and all that goes with.

They are willing to applaud a near-billionaire’s ‘fight for freedom’ in the midst of his outlawing his opposition, his ministers profiting wildly and no controls over what ‘aid’ actually arrives there.

They are willing to allow Biden, NATO, EU and the rest of the NWO use UKR as some kind of squirrel so that we don’t pay too much attention to what they are all collectively doing. It’s disgusting.

I don’t get it. I wonder if some either work for the government or defense contractors…

Two areas of Ukraine declared independence.

Biden wants to make an example of them.

Can you guess why?

Because Biden et al are using the UKR (its Z-controlled government) as a money washing enrichment scam for our MIC and Democrat masters.

Yep, there are some FReepers who would happily allow Putin to march into Moldova and Romania after he’s done with Ukraine.

He can’t even take half of the Ukraine.
Cold War is over grandpa.

Those countries are NATO, unlike the Ukraine.

I know a lot of FReepers are weary of Ukraine war propaganda. It is prolific and relentless.

Hmm, Putin already outlawed his opposition and I’m sure his Swiss bank accounts are well over a billion in loot stolen from Russians by now.

I honestly don’t know. All I know is that I’ve not seen any reports from anywhere that Ruzzia has ‘hosted’ Fauci’s biolabs, or Biden has threatened foreign aid to stop investigations into his son and the like.

Neither I, nor anyone I know or want to know ever lost a damned thing in UKR. Not my fight, not my problem.

Moldova is not in NATO, and in fact has already been partially invaded by Russia, like quite a few other of Russia’s neighbors in the time since KGB Putin came to power.
