This video from Project Veritas shows Jeremy Boland, Assistant Principal of Cos Cob Elementary School in Greenwich, Connecticut, admitting that when it comes to hiring teachers, he discriminates against conservatives, Catholics, and people over 30.

Here’s an article about it:
Part of this could be driven by budgets too.
Less experienced teachers, get paid a good bit less, than experienced teachers. Often school district pay scales are such that those with greater experience, and/or advanced degrees, get paid more.
Today’s young people:
I don’t know or care what their ideology is or how they feel about the way things are going...I only know what I have been taught all my life...
Republican=BAD....Democrat=GOOD...
Homeschooling is no longer just an option for those people with different types of a conservative outlooks
Its absolutely necessary for any chance for your children to thrive and survive in this society.
He’s only “admitting” it to an undercover reporter who he thinks is sympathetic to his goals. He never intended for that conversation to be made public. He is openly admitting to violating the law regarding religious and age discrimination.
Good democrat candidate for President,oh that’s right we already have one of those, and VP as well
It’s undercover. So she undoubtedly led him to believe she shared his sympathies, etc.. Maybe she also was cute and he was trying to impress.
I’ll bet sexual weirdos get extra points toward employment...
Give parents ‘vouchers’ for their kids schooling and this idiot would be out of work ... forever.
This idiot just admitted to knowingly practicing age and religious employment discrimination.
Sue Town of Greenwich.
(They got lots of money.)
Some crazy people might consider refusal to hire Catholic teachers is a violation of the “Religious Tests for Public Office” clause of the Constitution. But when have these little Nazis ever let the Constitution stand in their way?
Nothing will happen to him. Well, maybe a position in the Biden administration.
Yeah, Catholics are so pricey these days.
Greenwich, people so wealthy they don’t pay attention to many important things.
That man should not be allowed within 10 miles of a school or any educational organization.
Fire him AND get out of the Cos Cob district.
and anybody that was turned down for a job because of his bias can sue now... right?
Every Catholic or over 30 teacher who ever applied there and was not interviewed or rejected is going to sue for discrimination. And they should.
It would be nice if the money came out of the principal’s pension , and the court mandated hiring. But that won’t happen.
Illegal.
These people don’t understand they are the ones that are brainwashed. The follow a strict progressive orthodoxy and demand servile adherence to it by everyone.
Conservative need to learn how to play the interview. Liberal have done this for years. Lie to get the job, lay low until the right time and then take over. They’ve done it education, non-profits, media and are showing up in the business world. Our side needs to learn the same tricks. It takes a while to have an impact, but it’s the reversal of the long march through the institutions that the Marxist did for years until they gained control of said institutions.
We have a winner. That’s the under 40 crowd in my family. The ‘R’ is the issue. They don’t even care what the person stands for. If they have an ‘R’ behind their name, they won’t even listen.
I remember back in the 80’s when my then 10-year-old niece told me everybody hated Reagan. I told her he had just won by the biggest margin in presidential election history and asked where she heard he was so hated. She said her history teacher. It’s been going on for a long time
