Here's a hypothetical. Sometime after October 1, 2022, a civil bench trial (no jury) is taking place in state district court in Albuquerque. The judge will decide both the facts and the law. The only people in the courtroom are the judge; the court reporter; the bailiff; the plaintiff; the plaintiff's attorney, Mr. X; the defendant; and the defendant's attorney, Ms. Y. It's a routine creditor-debtor dispute, where the plaintiff is asserting that the defendant breached a contract and owes him money. One day has been allotted for the trial.
It's just before noon, and attorney Mr. X is almost done with presenting his client's case. Two armed men in uniform enter the courtroom and sit in the spectator seating section. The judge notices the visitors, makes a motion to the court reporter to stop transcribing, and asks: "Gentlemen, may I help you?" One man rises and says: "Your honor, we are from ICE. We have an arrest warrant for Ms. Y." The man then sits back down.

I don’t understand why these ppl aren’t shot at the border when they’re committing the crime of illegal entry. Probably wouldnt have to shoot more than a couple hundred and they would stop coming. oh and cease the free education, welfare, food, medical care and shelter when they get here.....I pay for mine.

Then you're screwed, to use the technical legal term. You should have found that out before going to court, and gotten a different attorney.
Maybe it would help if we could get the GOP Amnesty Senators to stop singing the siren song of amnesty.....
Here in LA it’s not uncommon to see news reports of an illegal alien being busted playing a doctor or a dentist.
The media don’t report it so much on TV news but some papers still do.
1. When discussing his fees he says upon retainer you get free homemade goat cheese.
2. She says she finished law school 2 years ago at 24 years old and that she's been happily married for 12 years. (tip to the math challenged: that'd put her being married at about 12).
3. In a form template for fees that you had to sign he had to cross out the charge for international remittance transfers.
