Why doesn’t the Fed Gov just loan them 10s of thousands to install solar panels, then forgive the loans?
Problem solved!
The backside of Biden blows a megaf@rt.
If they are from democratic run cities, no sympathy.
Gonna keep a sharp eye out on that going forward.
This is so unfair! Women and children hit hardest!
President Biden, cancel these racist, sexist, homophobic, fascist utility bills NOW!
You did it for deadbeat students, now do the Left thing: do it for deadbeat utility scofflaws!
My electric bill jumped from $37/month on budget payment plan to $47/month just recently.
Have the college students pay for it. They just made $10,000.
12 percent for The Big Guy [inflation], and Zel needs some walking-around money.
I assume that’s in the lowest 10% nationwide.
The avg US elec bill is 120/mo.
Doubling of gas prices…
I guess it depends on where you get gas.
It was more than double when the Russo v Ukraine War started. However I find it to be $4.00 a gallon in Memphis, but 20 miles down the road in Whitehaven, TN it’s $ 3.19.
It’s been heading down for the last month. Of course it has nothing to do with positive Biden policies. Maybe demand is lower because of the higher price, and some folks working from home. Don’t really know.
Plus seasonal demand falls off.
Now that most schools start in August, it’s no longer a strong vacation month for families.
But they have fabulous hair, nails, and pot.
I looked at my utility bill from last month and thought it strange it was noticeably higher than same month last year. I thought perhaps we just used the air conditioner more this year. Nope. Turns out we actually used notably less kilowatts of electricity than we did for the same month as a year ago, but our bill was higher.
Obama was right. Democrats caused our electricity costs to skyrocket.
Oh no, they will let them slide and up the charges for those who do pay.
If RINO-controlled state legislatures had followed election law and enforced voter ID, none of this would be happening.
They wanted Orange Man gone, no matter what the cost.
Not sure if the government actually needs to step in for that to happen. Utilities have a long history of increasing rates for paying customers to cover the deadbeats. The state utility boards almost always agree to this. The utility takes the heat for the rate hike and the utility board pat themselves on the back for helping “the poor”. And this pattern gets bigger and bigger as more and more people elect not to pay and the local news media will then interview the poor “single mother” or minority who is facing a cutoff.
And everyone will go, “Awwww. That’s so mean.”
I know, it’s happening in San Antonio. CPS is owned by the city.
“WHO FORGOT TO PLUG IN THE CAR?”
