President Donald Trump said that he has 'fully authorized' the total declassification of any and all documents pertaining to Russia collusion, calling the investigation a 'hoax.'
The tweets about the documents were mixed in with a torrent of tweets made by Trump on Tuesday, who made 42 tweets and retweets in under an hour.
'I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax,' he said in the Tuesday evening tweet. 'Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!'
He later added: 'All Russia Hoax Scandal information was Declassified by me long ago. Unfortunately for our Country, people have acted very slowly, especially since it is perhaps the biggest political crime in the history of our Country. Act!!!
P
How does he have that authority now though?
Trump did this in October 2020.

James Comey even bragged about showing Trump the dirty dossier in the oval office. Which was, with a wink and a nod an attempt to blackmail him into compliance with their control.
Didn’t work, Trump’s the type of man that would have made my Momma and Daddy proud.
Yes, like it or not, he was elected president. In reality that is exactly what he is. Our government has been taken over by a junta and Biden is not the president anymore than someone breaking into your house is the new homeowner.
But what he is saying here is reminding everyone he fully declassified these things long ago.
Trump could authorize anything, just like I could promise “up to 1 million dollars” for a single paper clip. Which is to say those who are “authorized” are under no obligation to act, and $0.001 may be considered part of “up to.”
2 - As President Trump was the "National Command Authority" who has the power to declassify just about anything...including personal papers he may want to take with him....SCREW the national archives!
But what he is saying here is reminding everyone he fully declassified these things long ago.

Maybe that’s what the FBI took out of his house, copies of the declassified documents that incriminate the Clinton cabal and others.

Man that would be some 4d chess right there! Imagine the FBI sorting through all those boxes of Clinton crimes and FBI cover ups. “Hey what did you guys find there?” “..... ahhhh nothing.”
I have my fingers crossed.
FBI scum? Well what would any decent man call a bunch of guys who just sifted through his wife’s personal clothing? Wonder if any items are missing and who will receive them?
Look at the date on Trump’s tweet. He didn’t tweet this today. He has no twitter account anymore.
If so, why wouldn’t those have been released long ago?
Maybe because the deep state is rotten to the core and would have just ignored it? Look at all the Hunter laptop stuff... Maybe he’s holding out until the election. I don’t know....
He said he had already declassified them “long ago”. Presumably he means when he was in office.
he was too late
the docs were slow walked
Well, that’s interesting that Trump brings this up as an issue.
Does that mean the documents seized were documents incriminating the FBI? and HRC?
That would explain the raid, which is otherwise very hard to understand. Politically sophisticated folks know the firestorm it would create — and they may be evil and arrogant in DOJ and FBI, but they are not stupid. But if Trump had incriminating evidence on them, well, that makes the raid not so stupid from their perspective.
In this incriminating-HRC, 17th-letter-like theory “Hillary emails” or “Obamagate” scenario, Trump likely copied and digitized those docs many times over. Trump’s not dumb.
Or is he? If these are the actually documents they got, assuming they exist (likely they do, somewhere), if Trump had them, he should’ve released them in 2017. All of us have been saying that for years and years. Does anyone think there was a national-security risk of divulging “sources and methods” in releasing all that?
“I have fully authorized…”. That is beyond weak. So Trump is basically saying that he gave people permission to release docs. I guess they didn’t use their authority to do what they were authorized to do. Shocker, that. Maybe next time he could “order” his subordinates, and do so in writing instead of just tweeting. Maybe it was just for show…
