You have got to stop watching CNN/MSDNC and all the other Marxist propaganda channels and websites.

Nothing you said is remotely true at this time.

When they plant some documents, he will charged with a felony and that is it.

Again; not even remotely true. When did you become a Marxist?

They can try to say there was some document out of order or some nonsense but that's just splitting hairs which the Marxist left is good at.

Seriously; what is wrong with you? Do you work for the DOJ or FBI? I think you would be much happier over on the DU forum where you belong.

They could subpoena his phone records.

This is intimidation.

“Bobby Barnes says Trump has incriminating evidence on the dems derp state and they didn't find it in the raid.”

Fixed it.

At this point, I am not sure that Trump is legally eligible to run.

The Constitution sets out the requirements for a presidential candidate. Donald Trump meets every one of them. Any law which creates a narrower set of qualifications is clearly unconstitutional. Some law saying you can't run for federal office because of X cannot supersede the constitution.

Hannity claims that Trump could run even if he was in jail.

The FBI retards made Donald Trump even stronger by their fascist actions.

And where was the Secret Service when all of this was going down?

Obama is a stupid, lazy schmuck. He is NOT the one pulling the strings. I suspect one or a group of globalists, the BlackRock/Vanguard/ Soros club. The people that control the financial, world, the media, and the paid off politicians.

You mention a group of people on a mission and you’re right. But you forget the key thing: There have to be managers to carry out the agenda.

No matter what position or level he is in, Obama is doing whatever he can to hurt this country as much as he can.

Don’t bullshit me about him being harmless. That “stupid, lazy schmuck” as you describe him, did great damage to this country when he was president.

Yes he did. But I think he was directed to do most of it. Someone who cannot form coherent thoughts without his teleprompter could not have the strategic insight for long term damage that he did. Someone was pulling his strings, and he gladly went along and signed the various orders to implement the plans.

Hannity claims that Trump could run even if he was in jail.

Eugene Debs ran for President from a prison cell in 1920.

What should Trump do? say he is open to being named Speaker of the house if GOP takes control—that and say he would start to investigate so as to impeach Biden, Nancy and Harris. Now that would get a few heads to explode.

This begs the question: How did they know where he was vacationing, and where he was at at the particular time they intercepted him to request the phone?

Hannity claims that Trump could run even if he was in jail.

That is correct. And under our constitution as soon as he is sworn in as President he can pardon himself, and then take whatever actions he deems appropriate with regard to the executive branch departments involved in his prosecution.

It would be up to the House and Senate to impeach the judges involved if that were an appropriate action to take.

In theory the President could order the military to free him from any confinement or other similar situation.
