Better yet. Surround the building, drop power to all building systems, lock all exits, and then clear the building of all people extensively searching each person. Then move in and seize all digital data, tapes, personal belongings, and papers. Tape it off as a crime scene, until further notice.
The next Congress needs to fund these agencies by the month instead of by the FY. There’s nothing like the end of spending authority to jostle cooperation.

Probable cause is the likelihood that a crime is being or has been committed.
Where and what is the probable cause here?
What I do think is there is probable cause that Biden/Obama and the Left have officially declared war on America and her people.

In 2005-6 My late wife and I were at an annual reunion in Vegas. I nor she could believe the 3-5 members who were all Civil Service/State and CIA who liked Obama. These Federal employees want more and more POWER.

However, I'll point out that Mike Lee, being on the Judiciary Committee and all, is in a better position to know if there was a warrant than either you or I. Perhaps more to the point, not even in Trump's statement does he claim there was no warrant.

Breaking: the authorities discover that Trump and his gang of insurrectionists flushed illegal gifts, such as sofas, automobiles, airplanes, suitcases of diamonds, exotic pets, and various stolen street signs etc down the toilet drains to destroy the evidence. Not only that, but authorities also discoversd that the gang of seditionists also flushed a whole warehouse full of my pillows down the toilet so that the left couldn’t get ahold of them and get great night’s sleep.
Liz Cheney said to be giddy with excitement over the prospect of bringing further criminal charges agaisnt mr putin collusionist Donald Trump. So giddy infact that she is said to be overcome with emotion and too overwhelmed to respond to reporters who asked how anyone could possibly flush items as large as wrap around couches down a toilet. She did however manage to write out a brief statement claiming that this is the best evidence that she has seen to date of criminal activity, and fully intends to pursue it until she is elected president some time InThe distant future, even if she is no longer a republican party member, or a member of congress for that matter.
I’m actually pretty impressed. He set forth all the legal bases for challenges and included some I hadn’t even thought of.
Will he actually pursue this? I think so, because this raid has stirred up even the most passive GOPer (except for McConnell, so far) because suddenly they realize that we are all targets.
We’ll see. But in the meantime, he did a good analysis of the illegality of it all.
I have no Idea how Lee is getting re-elected, considering how many American high tech workers lives he has destroyed.
