Dominion Voting machines in El Paso County, Co. have reportedly produced large numbers of adjudications in their Logic and Accuracy test for the upcoming hand recount of the 2022 Primary election. The recount was ordered (and paid for) by some of the candidates, including Mesa Clerk Tina Peters and El Paso senate candidate Linda Zamora Wilson, who had her election inexplicably overturned AFTER it had been called by local news without any explanation.

According to Jim Wiley of ColoradoRecount.com:

The L&A consisted of 4,000 ballots. 2,200, around 60%, were reportedly kicked out for adjudication. Two Dominion employees were present and it still can’t be run correctly. Teams of judges are reviewing the ballots as part of the adjudication process.

Nully's modest proposal to end voter fraud:

• Paper ballots (zeugma adds) with human readable marks. They may be computer generated, and/or computer counted, but there must be an audit trail of each vote. H/T zeugma
• All systems using computerized counting must have open source software, two fully separate and independent companies provide redundant, crowd source vetted, software. Counting is done on two separate systems and cross-checked.
• Manual counting and loading paper ballots into counting machines must be live streamed from multiple cameras, with interlocking fields of view, on independent connections.
• Every ballot run through a machine scanner MUST have a date/time stamp applied at scanning, the scanner shall verify that no ballot is being counted twice. In the event of a recount, where a block of questionable ballots were run, those ballots can be sequestered and forensically evaluated for fraud, and identifying fingerprints and DNA evidence.
• Purple fingers (needs something to prevent an absentee voter/early voter from re-voting at the poll, maybe blockchain, also maybe a mugshot showing the voter an the photo ID taken at sign in?) H/T for-q-clinton
• Mandatory free on demand BIOMETRIC (iris scan, nobody ever left their irises at a crime scene!) photo voter ID card, with a database that instantly flags for arrest anyone seeking multiple IDs. Change of name or address? Simply have your old card voided when you apply for the new one.
• No precinct reports their totals until ALL precincts report they have totals. This prevents the last-to-report precinct captains from knowing how much to fudge a report to give a win to their preferred candidate while maintaining some slight semblance of credibility.
• Repeal Motor Voter.
• End same-day registration where it exists, and allow ample time between registration and election for vetting of credentials of registrants.
• Instantly deport any non-citizen who registers to vote. Permanently ban from re-entry any non-citizen who actually votes.
• All voter rolls are automatically and completely purged ten days after the Presidential Inauguration. Reregistering to vote every four years is not an imposition, unless you are dead, of course! H/T The Chid
• Put a little ⩍ next to the names of those registered voters with death certificates, and detain and put a 72 hour psychiatric hold on anyone claiming to be a dead person...
• With the exception of absentee ballots, end early voting. Every voter deserves and has a responsibility to know the latest information before they cast their ballots. H/T WildHighlander57
• Absentee ballots must be vetted and counted 10 days before the polling date, with the results secured and embargoed until close of polls the date of the vote. H/T octex

Mexico has voter ID cards required to vote, and when you vote, they punch a hole in your card to prevent multiple votes in the same election.

I don't know if you get a 10% discount after you've accumulated enough punched holes…

Of course, all this would only apply to Federal elections, for federal offices, as that is the legitimate concern of the federal government.

Let the states who have local authority use whatever system they wish to force the elections of their favorite sons and daughters to alderman, mayor or goobernor. They can do it the cheap way, by just following the federal rules for all voting, or they can have separate ballots for local and federal. Their call. It's a free country, ain't it?

Dominion Voting System has their principal U.S. office in Denver, CO. Jena Griswold the Colorado SOS office is within easy walking distance of Dominion's headquarters. Jena Griswold worked for the Obama's in Washington, DC before returning to Colorado to run for SOS. She's Soros sponsored and backed by Hillary Clinton ... and with CO Governor Polis (D) she was a shoe in for SOS and elected in 2019. She's the youngest SOS in the U.S. at present. Bottom line she is a strong advocate for Dominion Voting Systems.

I am skeptical of the hoopla around the certain win for Republicans in November. There is nothing that can be done to the computer voting machines that can prevent them from using the installed or to-be-reinstalled algorithm that shifts a percentage of Republican votes to Democrat. All authorities are barred from checking the machines post vote as all the results go to a site in Spain for tabulating and he machines can be remotely erased or “updated” within seconds of poll losing. Regardless of protestations it was shown that in 2020 all the machines were connected to the Internet and all were accessible by thumb drive or wifi.
The fractional votes reported by thousands of machines is the dead giveaway that votes were assigned with percentage changes. How else do you get 1653.7 votes for a candidate and 1908.3 for the other candidate?

That is outrageous. Our Ga GOP chairman, David Shafer (who fought the fraud from day one with sounding the alarm on fraud including the State Farm arena shenanigans and filed lawsuits with NO help from the GOP, mentioned how normal adjudication is only 1-2% of ballots.

whatever the software, if it were to push ballot images to a public blockchain of ballots as the ballots are submitted, tagged with various meta data, it’d be difficult to fudge and be able to verify ballot integrity online.

As an IT guy, I tried to come up with ideas that could guarentee the code was fair.

I can't. Even taking an image of the software via USB drive for later inspection doesn't cut it, for two reasons:

1) The image you get might not be what's running, and

2) Once votes are counted, whether or not they are fairly generated, they generally stick.

scanning the ballots and pushing them to the blockchain would make them difficult to tweak.

done right, the scanners would have a live info bar of random text that would appear in the scans and would also be saved to the blockchain. this would make it impossible to push images into the chain. those images would also include various meta data that would come from the scanner, timestamp, etc etc

the blockchain would also enable us to cut off ballots at the appropriate time and date... and reject any submitted too early.

beyond this, it’d be easy to create an app that would submit ballots to the chain.

MY solution:

1. Each ballot must have a unique serial number, both human and machine readable, like the number on your checks.

2. Each County Supervisor of Elections office will maintain a Master List of ballot serial numbers, and note when they were mailed out, transported to which precincts, damaged, soiled or otherwise destroyed.

3. Each machine’s software will have access to the Master List of serial numbers and will check off the number as they are counted and DUPLICATES WILL BE LOGGED AND REJECTED.

4. Each person using a counting machine will have a unique key or password to use that machine, and only that machine.
