Many leading Republicans and conservatives want someone other than Donald Trump to run for President in 2024. But this judgment requires an assessment of Trump’s vices and virtues in the context of our current political and cultural circumstances, as well as an assessment of other prospective Republican presidential candidates...

Many leading Republicans RINOs and conservatives CINOs want someone other than Donald Trump to run for President in 2024. …
Corrected.

One can register as a Republican and have the label be meaningless. One cannot actually be a conservative merely by declaring oneself to be one, however.

What turned me around TO Trump was the shocking discovery of his selfless acts from the heart for people in need.

I did a deep dive on Donald in 2015 expecting to find a gangster. What I found was incredible goodness in the man and where it came from.

The thing about Trump was his life was so well documented in media, press, tabloids because he was a celebrity who was always part of the in crowd, very much like Ronald Reagan. It wasn’t difficult to find out about his REAL background.

Many “republicans”? They aren’t republicans, they are self serving corruptocrats. Fortunately they are self identifying and we will begin weeding them out.

I didn't vote for DJT in the 2016 primary because I thought he was an arse being pushed on us by the media-entertainment establishment and didn't mean what he said.

I only voted for him in the general election because I thought Hillary Clinton would be so much worse.

Once he was in office, I marveled at how he kept his promises, kept the peace and grew the economy. I loved him more when the deep state turned on him with an abominable vengeance.

If Reagan was the president who brought down the evil empire of the Soviet Union, Trump was the president who exposed the even more evil empire of the deep state and their media and corporate lackeys.

Had the 2020 election been conducted in a fair and transparent manner, he would have been the one who brought the EVEN MORE evil empire down. He still might.

For me, it was his kids.

All successful workaholics, never seemed to have bags under their eyes and campaigned as hard as Dad.

Y'can't fake good kids, and good kids reflect on the parents.

Then of course there's hunter . . . .

I did a web search for “good things Trump has done” and I had to dig pretty deep but found quite a few. He gave that bus driver $10k because the driver stopped and talked a lady out of jumping off a bridge. He paid off some woman’s farm. He flew a kid from Cali to the East coast because the airlines wouldn’t do it because the kid had medical equipment he had to be attached to at all times. He stopped some guy from beating another guy with a baseball bat. Just jumped out of the limo and said “Hey, what are you doing?” and the guy stopped because he recognized Trump.

Also, Trump never tried to get those things made famous in the media.

Most importantly, he deserves what was taken from him. His second term.

And to follow post #4, I found Donald Trump helped people from all walks of life, from every background, every ethnicity.

There are hundreds upon hundreds of stories of people helped by Donald Trump and some didn’t even know who it was that helped until they were told. One story is of an ordinary couple pulling over to help someone with a flat tire. The flat was on Donald’s car. The couple discovered later the mortgage on their home was paid off. They were in disbelief wondering how it happened, and were told it was the man they had helped with the flat tire.

I could go on and on and on with such examples.

I wondered why Donald Trump would be so generous. I saw a clip of Donald saying his main fault was his heart was too big, that he wanted to help so many more, but there were too many. He was sad he couldn’t help more.

My reading took me to discover his upbringing. A huge influence in his life, other than his father Fred and his mother Mary, was his Pastor. That Pastor was the extraordinary Norman Vincent Peale. This fact explains so much about Trump. And Donald’s parents took him to Church EVERY SUNDAY without fail to listen to Pastor Peale.

Then his New York mannerisms, I was familiar with the City, having family there. I was used to their speech and body language. I was afraid the general public would be turned off and I imagine many were at first. But Donald’s genuineness of heart gets through to people, it smooths over all the rough NY edges.

And then his mastery of so many things, from Construction Journeyman to NY Military Academy Cadet to Masters in Business from Whartin. He was a master in trade, banking, finance, taxes, insurance, and so much more. He became famous as a turnaround artist for businesses on the brink, helping hundreds of businesses. His reputation grew so large that a Congressional Committee probing for causes and solutions to the deep recession of the 1990s asked him to testify and lend his expertise and advice. There are videos of Congressional Staffers taking notes like students in school as he speaks.

I dream of writing his biography.

Trump is genuine, and this is his great strength with voters who face reality; and it enrages voters who have been conditioned to accept the phony "I feel your pain" bull$♯it artists that have come to dominate American Politics.

Fighting spirit is crucial in dealing with lefty radicals, and Trump has what it takes to stand up to them. He is unequaled in this respect.

Ever since his June 2015 Escalator Speech, we’ve heard ad nauseum of his racism.

Yet, despite dozens of high-profile real estate projects and businesses, I’m not aware of a single minority who came forward to accuse DJT of poor treatment.
