Below is my column in The Hill on the expiration of the grand jury in Delaware and reports that the Hunter Biden investigation is at a “critical stage.” These lingering questions could have been avoided if Attorney General Merrick Garland had responded to new disclosures with the appointment of a special counsel. In 2021, emails and recordings from the laptop further fueled questions of whether President Joe Biden could have been a beneficiary of some of these dealings and how his early denials of knowledge appear demonstrably false. The failure to appoint a special counsel in this case is a textbook example of why such appointments are necessary to avoid such doubts about the scope or independence of an investigation.

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin once said the secret to his success was “timing … I have been blessed to have been in the right place at the right time.” It is the same defining element of Hunter Biden’s life: No matter what crime or corruption is alleged, he has escaped responsibility, often by pure political serendipity.
Now, according to various media outlets, time may be running out for Hunter, with a federal investigation entering a “critical stage.” Yet, timing still could be on Hunter’s side.
Hunter has always had impeccable timing and, like Blanche DuBois, “always depended on the kindness of strangers.” He went to law school after his father became a powerful U.S. senator with a long line of influence-seekers eager to help him and his family. After graduating, Hunter was given a high-paying job with MBNA, the bank holding company, which supported key credit card legislation being pushed by his father in the Senate.
Later, Hunter was given a ridiculous appointment to the board of Amtrak and became its vice chair, despite an utter lack of credentials. His father, however, was a critical advocate for Amtrak in the Senate.

The book is not completely written yet on Durham. I am not holding my breath. But every other special prosecutor ever appointed has been as crooked and corrupt as the rest of the gang. They were fixers and nothing more. Just like Ken Starr.
The media is in total panic mode because of “The Big Guy’s” train wreck as president. I think what they have on Hunter will convince dad to resign.
The only thing that control the timing of a case against Hunter Biden is whether the administrative state has determined that Joe must go to protect itself from a midterm disaster.
Hunter's actions won't be deemed crimes by the media until the powers that be decide Joe is too much of a liability to be allowed to seek a second term. When that happens suddenly the media will discover Hunter's actions were criminal. You'll be informed when you should be outraged, it's not time yet.
After waiting so long for Bill and Hillary to be punished under the law I have no faith in the system of justice to bring Hunter to face what he deserves.
Satan has too much invested in helping all three to let good people achieve that.
Hunter will take a vaca to a country with no extradition and when joey is ready to leave the office he will pardon hunter and he can come home. Whatdoyawannabet.
No he won’t wait, he will give Hunter a blanket pardon, except the pardon paper will say Beau instead of Hunter.
The clock is running out on all of us.
He has an appointment with God sometime down the road that he cannot avoid nor weasel his way out of.
There has to be a lot of people in jail for crack that are hacked off that hunter is free while they rot in jail.
A 21 person drug ring just got busted by the Feds while Hunter is filming arguing over the weight of crack .
There will be an sealed indictment and a trial scheduled for next year (when it is irrelevant).
After the mid-terms, a settlement will be reached and Hunter will walk away a free man.
The settlement will be a retroactive registration as a foreign agent and payment of back taxes.
Is Time Running out for Hunter Biden?
NO.
The payback for anyone who porceeds with a prosecution of Hunter Biden is so YUGE that no one in Washington at the DOJ dares to even begin,
The FBI will continue to keep Hunter Biden under continuous investigation without any charges ever being laid. If they are laid, then the rason is that the situtaion will connect to Joe Biden who the Dems now wantto get rid of.
Hunter is safe , and he has millions secreted away in foreign banks. Even if he was charged in the USA, he would easily live abroad beyond the jurisdiction of the US DOJ.Hunter will likely never see a single day in jail.
Oh please. Nobody is fooled by this. The Democrats have decided that Biden is a liability so they want him gone. Notice how other Democrats are criticizing him now? Notice how their propaganda arm the corporate media is actually asking tough questions of him for the very first time?
Oh so NOW the FIB starts giving out rumblings that Hunter just might have done something wrong. How convenient! Don’t worry, this will all go away - just like all the massive evidence of Hunter’s various crimes along with the rest of the Biden crime family’s misdeeds was black holed - as soon as Biden resigns for “health” reasons. This is just leverage to use against him.
Short answer..NO
His activities were not accomplished in a vacuum and certainly took place over some duration, so you KNOW there are people with as much (possibly, more) culpability. It's imperative to expose his DIRECT affiliation with all these others, who enabled his crimes and who of course, did so for personal GAIN.
If even by association or if they only enabled him by failing to blow the whistle, once their brand and their careers are ‘diminished’, then the house of cards can come down!
Maybe Hunter always has been the RATs’ ace up their sleeves when the time came to kick PINO Joe to the curb.

He has been “exposed” for a long time and nothing has happened. They may prosecute him on a couple of his lesser offenses to make it look good. When they are done with Joe, Hunter will be pardoned and the beat goes on.
The DNC must get rid of Joe Biden to avoid destruction in the next presidential election. It must not be because of Hunter as this will hurt the Dems also as this will also expose the total corruption of the FBI and the Justice Department. Once Biden is gone, Hunter’s criminality and Joe’s criminality became a secondary issue.
The logical course is after the red wave in November, Biden resigns for health reasons. Kamala is installed as president and then loses the primary. We then have Gavin Newsom or other of similar ilk as the Dem candidate in the election.
No it is not. HunterBiden is in no danger of being prosecuted for his crimes.
