“Use the msm as an example and Jones is innocent because they do that everyday.”

The MSM is smart enough (or at least experienced enough) to do so with plausible deniability.

Jones instead casts caution to the wind and often doesn’t bother with that.

So, yes, both are guilty, but one party is sophisticated enough to commit the crime in such a way that they are probably not going to be proven guilty, and the other is not.

The First Amendment actual pertains only to having the right to speak out against the Federal government. It does not infer the right to say anything anywhere at any time.

The First Amendment does not mean that all persons or companies must provide a platform for anyone to speak about anything in any manner.

I am impressed that you understand the rules—too bad the other side does not care about them.

Yes, the courts CAN order that. The evidence that Jones presents on his behalf should be sufficient to overcome the case. Repeating his lame complaints will not present any new evidence, only his state of mind.

By the way, the First Amendment does not grant any rights other than to be able to redress grievances with the Federal government, freedom of religious choice, and no state church.

Yet those facts won’t stop the trailer park residents from engaging in their normal stupidity and crying about conspiracies that don’t exist.

Sometimes on threads like this one, FR feels like one big trailer park.

Nobody is taking away his rights. The judge wants him to present actual evidence, not conspiracy diatribe.

“Alex Jones is one of the greatest patriots of our lifetime.”

Ha, well I wouldn’t go quite that far lol, though he’s certainly been right about some things, but he also has a tendency to go too far on other things. I believe in a number of ‘conspiracies’, JFK, 911, Oklahoma city bombing, ect, but some of that pizzagate stuff along with this Sandy hook stuff seems rather farfetched to me. But I admit I haven’t looked into all the details on those subjects so will withhold judgement on those matters.

The purpose of a trial is to determine the facts of the case. This has nothing to do with the first amendment, that’s for subsequent appeals at the appellate or higher level. Did he say what he said knowing what he knew, yes or no.

If I were a judge you damned well bet I’d be unfavorably disposed to anyone saying “this is rigged” before the event.

The first amendment does *not* cover defamation of character (libel or slander), just as it does not cover incitement to riot, assault, or revealing classified intelligence (unless revealing such is in the national interest and shouldn’t have been classified).

If he knew his claims were false and still made them, therefore painting the parents as liars, that is *not* covered, never has been, never will be.

Having said all that counselor, how is this whole thing not a political witch hunt against a man who has been attacked and marginalized for years by the Leftist Mainstream Media and Social Media platforms?   Or would you say blind justice is not blind and not justice?

Saying the law says what it says. Your or my opinion of if someone has been “marginalized for years..... “ is not pertinent to the matter. There are things you can’t say without getting sued.

Yes, they can. And they can throw someone in jail or fine them if they don’t.

I respect the Constitution. Liars who defame people and can’t prove their claims not so much.

There is no right to slander or libel.

"Bill Hicks Alex Jones"

HA! Finally someone else has caught on to my favorite conspiracy theory!

What would be the reason for the double identity?   I'm not familiar with either one but if Bill Hicks said everything in an Alex Jokes persona, what would be the difference in Bill Hicks saying it himself?

Absolutely! It is 100% correct to take the Rights of those considered nut jobs, who incidently correspond to those we don’t like. It is a hoot to take the Rights of those away. The crying ,carerwaling, wailing, and howling starts when those same people take our Rights away. “Its is different when it concerns us”! goes the chorus.

Yes he was the “low hanging fruit” that was plucked and thrown into the trash with the Constitution. The only major media personality who defended him was Tucker.

Nobody wants to be associated with him on the Right, as they await their turn to be turned into a non-person.

You are correct. Like the question, was the School at Sandy Hook in service as a school or had it been taken out of service?

Why were no victims taken to hospitals and treated?

I could come up with more, but that would really get me pegged as an insane kook.
