A judge has made this ruling that it is an invasion. Ken Cucinelli, lawyer making the case in court, Congressman Chip Roy and Kinney County Sheriff were interviewed by Bannon. Seems like a big deal, but Abbott has to follow through on this now that Cucinelli has gotten a judge to issue this ruling.

The Supreme Court KELO decision gives Governments the Absolute Right to SIEZE property for “economic gain”, USE IT and start SIEZING Federal property and the Property of Federal Employee’s in the County and use that Property to IMPRISON the Illegal Aliens.
It doesn’t specify degrees of invasion. MS13 and cartels would certainly qualify as an armed force.
For example, the county judge does not supervise the elected county sheriff or county commissioner, etc. but does have enormous influence over budgets and the various non-elected county departments ultimately report to the county judge.
This is a big deal in this county.
A county judge is like a mayor of a city.
They carry a lot of power.
