Well, urgency certainly isn't a career bureaucrat value, regardless of ethnicity.
According to the Power Point slide ( which in itself is racist and the product of white elites) individualism and the right to comfort are signs of white racism. Therefore the ideal state of equity would be faceless masses living in misery. I would suggest North Korea and Cuba have thus achieved true equity.

The military under the leadership of Biden/Austin/Milley has fully embraced CRT. This will not bode well for future wars. A CRT general would not have liberated Bastogne in WWII.
