Despite a Snopes "fact check" declaring that Hillary Clinton's eyes are blue, here is Hillary Clinton in 1985 with brown eyes speaking in an utterly humorless manner at an education conference. If you think that is perhaps because of the color distortion by the camera, that would be disproven by the fact that the camera picked up two different shades of blue in the background so the camera had no problem detecting the color blue in various shades. Perhaps Snopes needs to do another fact check to not only determine what color her eyes really are but whether her accent at that conference was real or fake.
The best line I ever heard ostensibly came from some aide confined with her on her campaign plane - smells like boiled cabbage, gin and farts.

A person’s brown eyes can sort of wash out as they age and become blue.
As to the photos shown in Snopes, look at the noses of the men: completely different shapes. Look at the teeth of the women: very different.
I would say that the Halloween photo is not of the Clinton’s, much as I would prefer to believe otherwise!
She does have a lookalike. Whether the one in the pictures was employed by her hasn’t been established. It’s unlikely the double actually did much in any case. I am going to assume that the Secret Service has doubles for all the big players, but keeps them ... secret.
Snopes is to fact checking as Gore is to science.

I see some blue in her left eye and a lot of shadow on the right one. Blue dress or gold dress. Laurel or Yanny.

No rumor, it’s a fact. Easily provable. Just go and search for the after picture from 9/11/16. Remember?
She basically collapsed, had to be thrown into her black van. Then, an hour or two later emerged from Chelsea’s NYC apt. That second “hillary” was clearly one of the multiple versions.

Color (or colour), is an interpreted thing. Your eye interprets it, then your brain interprets it.
A camera does the very same thing.
Color, actually doesn’t exist, except in the eye of the beholder.
Divers will tell you (even scuba divers) that even the most brilliantly colored fish lose their color the deeper you go. (because of the light). So did the fish lose their color or did man’s eye/brain see them differently?
It’s sort of like “If a tree falls in the woods and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?”
Don’t give me “a sound recorder” because if one were present someone (by proxy) WAS THERE to hear it.

Agreed—the amusing part of that is when audiences think they traveled many miles and hours to see the real thing and all they got was a double....and will never know the difference.
