Agree. I bought a medium flannel shirt that fits like a small after one trip through the wash. And the pair of sandals bought online from the TS web site were so awful I had to return them. It’s a shame. I love the hardware and pet supplies!

I worked for a struggling regional retail chain for awhile. As money got tighter they turned off the hot waters in the restrooms. That’s desperate.
