DON’T DO IT!!! ANY attorney will take these cases on Contiuencies. he needs BETTER lawyers!
Donate to hel p the kid win millions? Do you get paid back?
No thanks.
Hang on...lawyers should be lining up to represent him for a third of anything he gets.IIRC that’s the usual procedure...he keeps $400 million, the lawyers get $200 million.

Not even a chance of a victory, let alone one that big.
DO NOT DONATE a DIME! Rittenhouse has played this stupidly from day one. Sandmann the opposite. Hire GOOD lawyers and then shut up while they make rain for you. And boy did Hyle’s attorneys make it pour. They work on % so no “fundraising” is needed IF the case and client are solid.

Really? KR’s attorney’s aren’t doing contingencies on all the lawsuits? Hmmm. Wonder who is advising him? SMH.
I actually thought Sandmann’s attorney was on his case.
Why is that?
Yeah, that’s what I thought when I saw he has to raise money for attorneys.
No chance of victory? Check with Nick Sandmann on that one.
It’s not an easy case. He became a public figure the day he got charged.
Hopefully not Lin Wood.
ConInc took him over.
Not a chance. Kyle is through with Lin Wood.
Sandmann’s case was nothing like Rittenhouse’s.
Sandmann literally did nothing but stand still and smile while an activist drummed in his face. And the media went wild with smears. It was the actions of others that made him a public figure.
Rittenhouse shot 3 people, killing 2 of them in self defense. But it was his own actions that made him a public figure.
It’s a lot harder case to argue.
Another difference is that Sandmann became a “public figure” almost solely because of the slander ginned up by CNN, the Washington Post, and others. This made it possible for his lawyers to argue, successfully, that they weren’t shielded by the “public figure” standard of the infamous New York Times vs Sullivan ruling.
It’s the same for the bakery that successfully sued Oberlin college. Gibson’s bakery never would have made waves beyond it’s own neighborhood if Oberlin College hadn’t turned itself into an echo chamber of crackpot race-baiting accusations.
The public figure standard will be FAR more difficult for Kyle Rittenhouse to meet. For one thing, his criminal trial was itself a widely covered public event. Kyle Rittenhouse himself has granted televised interviews. It’s going to very difficult for him to clear the NYT vs Sullivan “public figure” hurdle.
Why does he need funds? I would think his lawyer would be salivating to work pro bono and just take a cut of the settlements
Oh wait, I see what he is doing....duh, I gotta remember to read the whole article. He wants money for his media accountability project
I think not.
