For all the dimwits raging about domestic production...
Domestic production has only a small impact on the worldwide price of oil. It’s a global commodity and it’s priced globally.
So, only to the extent the US produces enough to effect the GLOBAL price does the amount of domestic production even matter.
An extra million BBL daily, or 1 million less has very little effect.
There are 100 million BBL per day produced worldwide.
So, BIDEN IS CORRECT in that the sanctions on Russia and their exports has had the greatest effect, by far, on oil and therefore gas prices.
We are saying, “we want energy independence.” We won’t need Russia or any other country to supply it. We had it before you were took over the office.
