Looks like that RuZZian tugboat was transporting men. Many dead.

“We received HD footage of the Vasily Bekh rescue tug being struck by 2 Ukrainian Harpoon ASM, as observed by the Bayraktar TB2 drone. It was not being used in the usual role and was transporting men & equipment. Both RU & UA sources claim heavy damage and many killed.”

“Ukrainian counter-battery fire hit a Russian artillery position (Likely 2S3 Akatsiya 152mm SPG), destroying at least 2 SPG.”

Finally, some German common sense.

“Germany to restart coal power plants, offer companies incentives to reduce natural gas consumption.

German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said Berlin was to reduce its energy dependence on Russia, and will reintroduce coal, the Wall Street Journal reported.”

Ukraine: military situation update with maps, June 18, 2022
(’Orc’ is associated with the various hoards of Mongol invaders, as well as LOTR evil villains)

War in Ukraine
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCP2QApi8G2TKc8NZmeDWSUg/videos

Artillery (key to success in this war), Fuller explanation of Orc military structure, Other Bonus articles - see previous postings in “Attack on Europe” (FR title search).

(Numbered printed material below - Some of the items below may be out of date, and not updated yet)

••denotes transcribed dialogue.

———————————————————————————————————————
••Subjective Opinion
Based on many small signals, both sides are exhausted and incapable of large scale assaults on the front. Could be wrong.

••Today, 07/18/22, saw Orc concentrated attacks on Ukraine energy sector: attacked and destroyed a small oil refinery not far from the front, north of Izyum. It was the only one still working, making gasoline and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) - was modernized in 2018. Used Ukraine crude to produce quality product. Will effect civilian economy - a big loss.

How it is functioning in Ukraine right now, with the insane fuel policy of the Ukraine government and the Orc attacks on the railroad infrastructure reduced capacity a lot. Is more diesel than gasoline. 2nd attack on a refinery on the middle of the country: wiped it out. 3rd attack was on refinery at Luhansk wiped out, was not working because of insane Ukraine policy. 4th attack on fuel depot near Dnipro: destroyed.

••Polish State oil company was attacked by Orc hackers, targeted its logistics software, effectively reduced Polish capacity by making transportation of fuel difficult. A clever attack across all the places Ukraine is getting its refined products. 70-80% diesel fuel comes from Poland.

••Figures released: Orcs selling $100m crude to Indian and $16.5m of coal day.

••1AK and 2AK: formed in 2014 from regions captured by Orcs. They have commanders from RGF on a rotational basis - troops are mostly local. Orc officers from company level up. Support from locals, Orcs never gave them quality weapons: WWII helmets, WWII weapons, T-62 tanks - 3rd class citizens.

Best motivated troops were expended in frontal (suicidal) attacks early on (Feb-April). After that the locals were forcibly conscripted - now locals not terribly loyal to Russia. Refuseniks are sent to jail. Very depressed economy. Army service is basically the only employer. Was mostly coal mining region. People there have heavy paternalistic expectations of government, but Ukraine government, being dysfunctional, did not fulfill those expectations, creating another layer of problems.

Now mostly forced conscripts who do bear minimum and surrender easily. Are still some battalion units that are still motivated. Gaining more troops from locals is now extremely limited - every one who could be conscripted has been.

1AK from local official numbers was 2,100 KIA and 9,900Wounded. Under reported almost same as May. All brigades are reduced by half of fighting troops.

Region is 55-60% Ukraine, 35% Russian. Root problems stem not from ethnic or cultural differences, but from economic situation.

••Kiev Power Situation
Ze came to power on reform platform. Brought a supermajority to Parliament so they could do what ever they wanted - all the promised changes turned out to be political lies. His support was rapidly declining and open discussion about not being fit to run country. With the war, population galvanized around him by not fleeing. Ze now has full control, is effectively a legitimate dictatorship. Ze can quickly remove all political appointees at any time.

Government is now center of war, holding paces like Severodonetsk is political decision, not a military. A bit a go, a female Parliamentary person came as political commissar and told local commanders how to conduct the war - this created huge outcry and forced political pull back.

••Will discuss artillery situation tomorrow.

———————————————————————————————————————
Summary: No essential changes.
Key areas:
- Izyum bridgehead: Fighting continues in Bogorodychne, Dolyna/Krasnopilya.
- Severodonetsk: Ukrainian troops continue keeping foothold at Azot plant.
- Popasna area: no changes.
- Svitlodarsk area: no changes.
- Donetsk West: no changes
- Kherson bridgehead: no changes.

1. Kharkiv: Russian troops control villages Starytsya, Izbytske, and Varvarivka; Rubizhne is in UA hands.
••Fighting small scale - positional at company level.
••ZSU 72nd and 80th brigades pulled south to Popasna region, leaving 92nd as only large brigade in the area. The rest are militia units and International Vols: mainly US and UK.

2. Izyum bridgehead. Intense fighting in Bogorodychne for the control over village, and in Dolyna/Krasnopillya.

3. Severodonetsk - Ukrainian troops are fighting at Azot plant, main supply route is destroyed. The re-supply of Ukrainian troops is significant challenge.
Forces Identified
(? / 115th), (? / 4th Nat Guards B), (? / Inter Vols B) fighting in city. Heavy attrition both sides. Hard core soldiers will either be killed or wounded. Will have to abandon city. Unverified Orc reports that some troops have surrendered.

4. Popasna area: No changes.
••No more intense attacks, Orcs exhausted. Ability to pull troops from forces the front lines is limited or not possible. At the same time Orcs are pulling from Far East huge former Soviet storage facilities lots of equipment. Moved to central Russia for refurbishment - shows is long term war.

5. Svtilodarsk area: No changes.
••Southern bulge by lake is getting tighter.

6. West of Donetsk: Avdiyivka and Maryinka. No changes.

7. Vugledar is in Ukrainian hands. No changes.

8. Velyka Novosilka - Gulyapole stretch of frontline. No changes.

9. Kherson bridgehead: No changes. Based on unconfirmed sources, Ukrainian troops still control Bruskynske.
••Both sides digging in. Orcs flanking Bruskynske.

2 weeks ago the RuZZians on FR were crowing that Severodonetsk had fallen. The war was over.

2 weeks later, RuZZia still struggles. Severodonetsk still resists.

“UK intelligence: Russian forces’ low morale likely limit their ability to achieve operational objectives.

According to the U.K Defense Ministry, Russian morale highly likely remains “especially troubled,” with cases of whole units refusing orders.”

Kalininrad Blockade. Panic sets in.

“”I ask you to remain calm, my team and I will provide everything for the region,” the governor said yesterday.
“We believe and hope,” the people answered and... in the morning he ran to empty building stores Leroy, this morning.”

2 weeks ago those people’s said Odessa would be under siege by now.

I recommend everyone watch the latest 1420 video, asking Russians how many Russian soldiers have died. Most seemed to think it was less than 1,000, and that was too many.

When they get the real numbers, heads will explode.

Rough count is 19-20 most likely from 2AK - all are forced conscripts taken off the streets by Orc press gangs.

The Ukrainians know how many people and how much stuff they have lost and yet, they are still fighting.

The Average Russian HAS ZERO IDEA how many people, planes and tanks they have lost.

It is only a matter of time before the Russian people realize what a complete Cluster**** this war is.

As long a Ukrainians want to fight Russians, I’m totally fine with it and if we want to make them Crack addicts for our weapons, I’ll support giving them free samples.

The good news (for them) is that the Soviets have found a way to get rid of a lot of substandard crap they had left over from the Cold War (which in reality was WWIII fought by proxy) that was never going to stand up against American equipment in the first place.

Yeah, why not. Let’s just let Russia bankrupt us. After all, the New World Order is in the wings waiting to take over. Of course we will have nothing but we will be happy, right?

LOL. One thing that this war has displayed with certainty is that the Western gear is mostly dysfunctional in combat.
