The Democrats and the media are sure to hype the upcoming January 6 Committee televised public hearings as significant as the Watergate hearings. However, what will be most interesting about the Kangaroo Court hearings will be the questions they don't ask. At the top of the questions the January 6 Committee WON'T be asking is why the cell phone pings of everybody in or around the Capitol Buildings that day were tracked with the ONE exception of the guy who planted pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC the night before. We know he was using his cell phone because that can be seen on surveillance video yet for some reason the FBI has not used the same technology that was used to track even people innocently milling about outside the Capitol Building to track the guy who planted the pipe bombs in the area. Don't expect this phony January 6 Committee to show the least bit of curiosity in this absurd lack of interest by the FBI. Perhaps next year a legally constituted January 6 Committee (under Chairman Jim Jordan?) will ask why the pipe bomber's cell phone was NOT tracked.

It’s sort of like the lack of interest shown in Ray Epps, who repeatedly called for people to go into the Capitol, but who hasn’t been arrested. I don’t know if he has even been questioned.
Also, who unlocked the magnetic doors on the building?
Why are people shown in video being waved in by officers, holding doors open for them, being charged with trespassing?
Why are so many hours of video inside the building being withheld?

Surveillance video shows a cell phone? That’s good to know. So why hasn’t he been arrested? Simplest explanation? Authorities know who he is, and they want him walking free for now. I can think of a couple of reasons for that, not all nefarious.
Sorry. I skimmed the post and missed the point about him using a cell phone. The authorities definitely know who he is. No doubt.
They can’t reveal the tracking data on the ‘pipe bomb’ insurrectionist.
If they showed the tracking information, it would most likely show that the person originated from and returned to FBI Headquarters in DC.

Epps has supposedly been questioned by the Jan 6 Committee and is the only person protesting that day that the Committee has treated as a saint. They claim there is a transcript of his testimony to the Committee but Chairman Benny Thompson said they can't release it now but that it might be released sometime in the future... maybe.
And what would be a non-nefarious reason for that? I mean the guy planted pipe bombs after all.
Betcha they’re not investigating & tracking the cellphone of the pipe bomb guy because he was a government funded operative.
