NASCAR apologized to the LGBTQ community on Wednesday, for so-caled "recent actions" that may not have "alligned" with the auto racing giant's "mission to be a welcoming sport for all."
"As we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, we acknowledge that recent actions have not alligned with NASCAR's mission to be a welcoming sport for all," the statement said.
"We remain steadfast in our commitment to create a more inclusive environment – in our workplaces, at the race track & in the stands," the post concludes, along with along with a graphic featuring the so-called "progress" pride flag and a message wishing fans a happy pride month. That "progress" flag is representative of dozens of sexual orientations, gender identities, and racial identities where they link with sexual orientation or gender identity.

The Clinton’s were cultivating NASCAR even before Dale’s death. They’d go to a race, get booed, then fly out. But they kept taking the abuse. Obamas? Same thing.
I was a nascar fan for about 40 years. I quit cold turkey when they went all woke.
My employer is holding some sort of customer event at Martinsville Speedway in October. I’m required to attend and lead parts of the event.
It’s a hard one. martinsville is a track I’ve always wanted to see a race at, but I just don’t care anymore.
Lawfare. A combination of consent decrees, civil suits combined with demands to participate. Eventually, in the Boy Scouts Case, they had to shed assets to pay all the law suits & legal bills. Once they get the organization beat down into the bankruptcy corner, they own them.
