This police department seem to be doing a good job of that themselves.
It couldn’t be scripted to look any worse.
Now police divide the world into "Police" and "Civilian".
And at that point things go down hill very fast.
Because if you are not a civilian you are military. And the police are now an occupying army.
That is a very dangerous mind set for everyone.
