Prepared to what?
Day 0 = the event, with realization their benefits can’t buy what has run out and not been resupplied.
Night 1...
Riot? Check
Kill others? Check
Feel justified doing the above? Check
Receive initial protection from authorities? Check
Within 9 days kill those authorities? Check
@10 days and beyond.
Internecine warfare? Check
Attempts, some successful to raid the burbs?
Day 30
Mostly dead.
Travis McGee wrote this book a decade ago.
Oops. Latent double post.
i agree high fat is nice, my question is for prepper where can you find long shelf life healthy fat, or which is best
Too many people hoping for famine thinking it won’t apply to them.
Wish you were right
I don’t think you are
Jess and I got a lol out of that!
I was at Aldi’s at lunch time picking up another dozen cans of generic spam and another dozen cans of Alaska Pink Salmon and another dozen cans of sardines.
The lady in line in front of me commented that I must really like spam. I replied that I believed bad times were coming.
She looked at me like I was crazy.
There are so many clueless sheep out there.
They have no idea what’s coming despite all the danger signals.
Saturated fat is healthy, and lasts forever.
Eat canned spinach or other cruciferous vegetables, and you’ll have all the omega 3 you need.
“Eventually people will be limited...”
But not G-people.
Yep
Extreme sarcasm…
Which saturated fat are you talking about?
Pressure can butter or ghee, at least 5 year shelf life with the butter, not sure about the ghee, you may not need to pressure can it but I would, 75 minutes a pint, or 90 for quarts at the correct pressure for your altitude.
“Are City Dwellers Prepared?”
I certainly hope not.
Lard.
Can it yourself.
Sardines
Oh goody. Every day will be like a ghetto You Tube video of disgruntled McDonald’s customers. Except it will be everywhere.
Aren’t city dwellers mostly democrats? If so, tham I trust they are not prepared.
Peanut butter as well. And all greens and taters.
