In the 2020 Presidential contest between Joe Biden and President Trump, Pennsylvania was one of the last states to finish counting votes. The reason was Pennsylvania’s bizarre election laws regarding mail-in ballots, which do not permit election officials to begin counting mail-in ballots until election day, despite many arriving before then.
Now, the same issue is preventing a winner from being declared in Pennsylvania’s Primary election for the 2022 midterms. Voters cast their ballots this past Tuesday, May 17th, and in the extremely close primary race between Trump-endorsed Mehmet Oz and Dave McCormick, we may not know who won until as late as next week.
As of yesterday, there were still roughly 10,000 votes left to be counted in the Republican primary race, where Oz still leads by a margin of a little over 1,000 votes. The remaining 10,000 votes could make all the difference in a race that will be decided by a razor-thin margin.
NBC News Correspondent Steve Kornacki estimated that 8,000 of the 10,000 remaining votes left to be counted are mail-in ballots.

How long can it take to forge fake votes?
Not counting until actual election day is intended to give the brainless (e.g., CNN watcher, Democrat, gender studies major, etc) the IMPRESSION that the election is actually on THAT day.
In reality, fake ballots filled in and stored until then and then the same accumulated in the days that follow is the REAL “election”.
Expect the same level of corruption (and outcome) this Nov.
WA state has a similar counting “process”. Curiously there is never a delay in Democrat primaries or Democrat run-away contests

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court extended the due date for mail ballots in the November election, a decision that will likely result in more votes being counted in the state — and more time to determine the final results.
Mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania have previously been due by the time polls close on Election Day. But the court’s order adds a three-day extension to receive ballots that are postmarked by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Ballots with a preelection postmark will now be counted as long as they are received by 5 p.m. on Nov. 6, three days after the polls close.

you would THINK it would be the exact opposite. All mail in ballots would have to be in before election day and fully counted before election day.
We knew late in the evening when Orban and Macron won in Hungary and France, respectively. They are five hours ahead of Central time. That means they had the results in six hours or so after voting was finished.
