Disney on Monday released a new LGBTQ-themed clothing line for young children amid Florida’s attacks on the company for its opposition to a recent parental rights in education law.
The new products include a variety of children’s attire and accessories — such as T-shirts, baby wear, bracelets, sweaters, socks, and girls’ backpacks — in the rainbow colors of the “Pride” flag, a symbol of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Many items mix the Pride flag’s color scheme with Mickey Mouse and other fictional Disney characters. They also include Pride-themed Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar designs — among the other entertainment brands owned by the company. The collection is available for purchase at retail Disney Stores, the ‘shopDisney’ e-commerce retailer, and all of Disney’s theme parks.
The announcement is part of an annual release of Pride-focused children’s wear, which the company has produced every year since 2018. This year, however, the clothing line was renamed the “Disney Pride Collection” from the “Rainbow Disney Collection.”

I find it ironic this article comes from NATIONAL REVIEW - an organization that generally looks down on conservatives and promotes RINOs whenever possible.

Near the end of the article is this gem: “He [De Santis] later lobbied for and signed a bill to dissolve the “Randy Creek Improvement District…” it is REEDY, not Randy. But “Randy” is so apropos for the perverts grooming little kids.

The homosexuals have co-opted the word “Pride”, just as they have co-opted the word “gay”.
Nobody ever says “gay” according to its dictionary definition. Nowadays, gay doesn’t even have a double meaning. Nowadays, gay means only homosexual.
Something similar seems to be happening with pride. In recent years, the media talk of “Pride parades” or “Pride weekend”, and don’t call these events “Gay Pride” any longer. We are getting to where “Pride” will be only a homosexual reference, rather than being used according to its dictionary definition.

Why don’t they mention boys backpacks? Are they discriminating against boys? And what is a boy or a girl anyway, since there seems no clear definition of such terminology anyway. And for all of these “transgender” youth we are told are out there, don’t they run the risk of “misgendering” some of the “trans” youth? Which we know, that “misgendering” someone is a major crime, so we don’t want any confusion on that issue.
At this point, anybody who supports Disney with their money is complicit. Anybody who holds Disney stock owns part of this.

Every day it becomes more difficult to determine whether the headline is real or if it’s the Babylon Bee.
My first reaction was that it had to be satire.

Thanks for pointing that out. I always thought those flags were missing something, but never looked at them long enough to sort it out. They repulse me, but I love rainbows.
