Media ignoring Buffalo shooter selected NY because of their 'heavy gun laws'. If they report on him wanting to kill blacks they should add the next sentence, but that will be ignored.

ROCHESTER has the highest....

I'll bet his target was originally Rochester...but Police are pretty active right now.
