Yes, lots of conflicting info on the pontoon river crossing. And since there have been several attempts from both sides it makes it even harder to figure out.

It is only hard to figure out if you are reading Russian propaganda. The only crossings attempted at that point are by Russian forces. At this point the Russians have tried 3 times to move vehicles across the river, and each time they have lost multiple vehicles and soldiers. It appears that at least one of the three attempts was an attempted retreat.

There was once a proposal along those lines a dozen years ago by the fraud Minister of Defense, but it went no where. Since 2012, Orc forces have been slowly converting from Brigades to Divisions under an Army designation. In the Ukraine the major components of the RGF are the 8th Army, 20th Army, and 58th Army - each with Divisions and Brigades.

I read 25 different sites multiple times a day from both sides which is why, I, unlike you, am well informed...:-)

Both sides have blown up each other’s pontoons.

And so far almost all of the information from both sides indicates that Russia is winning this war, though Ukraine does keep attempting to launch initiatives...so far the only success was a limited tactical win in Karikov.

BTW, Ukraine had a very bad day today.

The Mayor of Rubizhne confirms that the town has fell to Russia and Ukrainian forces have been forced to retreat, stating they are being outshelled “three to one”.

Analysis: Whilst Ukraine have successfully kept their defence lines intact, Russia has in one weak significantly tightened the gap.

The French medic who went to Ukraine to help the Ukranians was shocked at all the war crimes he personally saw the Ukrainians commit. He is personally putting himself in danger by reporting this. He even covers the shelling at Bucca and indicates it came from the Ukranians.

He personally watched and filmed the Ukranians taking Russian POWs from vans carrying 3 or 4 at a time...asking them if they were officers. If they said no they were shot in the knee. If they said yes they were shot in the head.

Reading the same Russian propaganda at 25 sites does not improve your knowledge. No credible source has showed any evidence for an attempted crossing of the Donets river by the Ukrainian armed forces at the location of the destroyed Russian vehicles.
