The Supreme Court leak and protests are Jan 6 all over again and should be treated the same

The Supreme Court leaker should be found, arrested and put into solitary confinement immediately, and so should every one of the those persons protesting outside the Supreme Court and at the homes of the conservative justices. The absence of outrage at the Court leak is astonishing. Chief Justice John Roberts called it "appalling." Little Red Lying Hood Jen Psaki said the White House would not condemn the leak or take any position on those protesting outside the homes of the Justices. They're obviously pleased with the leak regardless of the damage it has caused the Court as it gives democrats something with which to distract the country from their devastation of the country.

Lives are in danger. Protesters marched on the homes of Justices Kavanaugh and Roberts once their home addresses were doxxed. Justices are being threatened:

“This is clearly part of an intimidation campaign, and the left has shown it will stop at nothing to protect their financial backers in the abortion industry,” Mike Davis, former clerk for Justice Neil Gorsuch and president of the Article III Project told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Leading Democrat politicians have threatened justices by name, and their left-wing supporters have shown up at justices’ homes.”

Instead of trying to calm down the situation, Joe Biden is encouraging the intimidation. Ted Cruz:

"It was shameful that the White House refused to condemn violent protesters threatening the families of the Supreme Court," Cruz told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. "Joe Biden used to be chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Joe Biden knows it's disgraceful. He's literally threatening the lives of these justices by the mob they're unleashing."
Outside the Supreme Court they were yelling "F*** Alito!" Alito and his family have been moved to an undisclosed location for their safety.

All of the protesters (and the leaker once revealed) should be arrested and imprisoned in solitary, just as was done to the Jan 6 protesters (even the peaceful ones). The charge?

The same as the one used on the Jan 6 protesters.

and

18 U.S. Code Chapter 73 - OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Supreme Court protesters are attempting to obstruct Court proceedings and intimidate the Justices. They should absolutely be treated the same as the Jan 6 protesters, some of whom have been held for more than a year without trial. One protester (Tom Caldwell) spent 49 days in solitary despite not even entering the Capitol.

Notice the Enemedia is saying "Supreme Court leak"...

IMO, NO ONE in the Court including clerks, etc., leaked the document. It was someone OUTSIDE of the court who leaked the document. One of the MANY agencies that SPY on the court including the NSA, CIA, FBI, White House itself, etc.. INTERCEPTED THE PDF THEN LEAKED IT.

IT WAS AN OUTSIDE AGENCY THAT INTERCEPTED THEN LEAKED THE DOCUMENT. Anyone investigating the leak from WITHIN the court is looking in the WRONG PLACE.

The protesters trying to intimidate the SCOTUS justices are obstructing justice and should be charged with a felony. The test would be to have pro-life protesters start intimidating Sotomayor, Breyer, and Kagan and see if they are ignored by corrupt law enforcement.

There will be no real investigation of the SCOTUS leak, and I guarantee the leaker spoke with Dem Leaders / staff about how best to leak it, just as it was found that the fake Ukrainian “whistleblower” met with Schiff prior to filing a complaint with the IG, and then ignored certain mandatory information sections on the Reporting form.

There will be no real investigation.

How many times does one need to see it.

Can someone explain to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray that laws are being broken in front of the homes of Supreme Court Justices?
Peppermint Patty says that Joe is OK with the protests and that the nation has no position on the protests at the homes of the Justices. Well, US Code is indeed “the position” of the Federal Government. The DoJ and FBI are tools of the left.

So, we have at least THREE office holders acting against their oaths of office!

In the future will more Supremes will be really backing both the 1st and 2nd amendments and the constitution after this B$, in actions not just nodding their heads?

Probably not!

Maybe the Supreme Court has outlived any usefulness and protection of our constitution and a lot of Americans.

It has become another political arm of the left wing Deep State Haters of America.

It could/should just shut its doors and let the states make these decisions!

No. The USSC is one of the three branches of the federal government the other two being the legislative and the executive, all designed as a check and balance against each other to guard against unfettered power in the hands of the few.

Get some education.

I’m 83 heading towards being 84.

Cite one example in my lifetime where the Supremes made a judgement which held up the constitution and protected my family, me or you.

BLM rioting, looking and burning: Not a problem.
Protest voting irregularities: Lock ‘em up.
Doxx & threaten the USSC and the Justices: Not a problem.
Protest outside an abortion clinic: Lock ‘em up.
Vandalize fossil fuel energy production facilities: Not a problem.
Protest mass illegal immigration/protect your land: Lock ‘em up.

Wow, I didn’t know that the SCOTUS protests were being led by FIB agents and informers.

Next time, though, they need to let Supreme Court security know to leave the doors open.
