I don’t think the steal effort, which is not effortless, is deployed for lesser events.
There was no software hack. There was no bribing of vote counters.
The steal was done by having VBM ballots mailed to PO Boxes emptied by the mule effort, filled out and submitted. 10s of 1000s of these over a period of months.
That’s big effort. It won’t happen except for major events.
