Kemp's Kleptocracy: Georgia is For Sale to the Highest Bidders!

Political science students study many forms of government: democracies, communist states, oligarchies, and the like. But the Lord Dominator of Georgia, Brian Kemp, has excelled at perfecting his Kleptocracy, a less-familiar government form that is widely found in the corrupt states of Africa, Banana Republic Land, and Chicago. A Kleptocracy (from the Greek word kleptes, "thief") is a government run by leaders who redistribute the wealth and land of citizens to benefit themselves via outright theft. Click the image below to see full-screen. |
In medieval times, Robin Hood robbed the rich to feed the poor. But Kleptocrats flip the Robin Hood model upside down. In Georgia, it's your average citizen and small business who funds the multi-national corporations and "strategic industries" with huge incentives. 19th century American poet James Lowell provided a good working definition of a Kleptocracy, saying it's "a government that benefits knaves at the cost of fools". Election Fraud — Across Multiple Dimensions
The most infamous of Kemp's fraud activities has been in election fraud. Here's a quick rundown of his sins there: - In 2017 Secretary of State Kemp hired a Tampa, FL firm to tabulate county election counts, exposing it to compromise in the cloud vs. a secure VPN sending of counts to the SOS office.
- As Governor, Kemp made the $100 million+ purchase of Dominion Software.
- In 2020, Governor Kemp allowed thousands of ballot drop boxes across the State, enabled Zuckerbucks-paid "mules" to stuff those boxes with illegal votes.
- Kemp failed to call a special legislative session to investigate the blatant fraud.
- Kemp forced the legislature to send him a weak SB202 Election Integrity Bill.
- Kemp's office has blocked every attempt — via disappearing ballots, roadblocks, etc. — to conduct a fair audit of 2020 results.
- True the Vote singled out Kemp as a key blocker of their investigation.
Jobs Scam and $ Billion Subsidies
The second half of Kemp's Kleptocracy is the deals he makes with big business and industries such as the film/video one. For instance: |
| - Georgia paid Hollywood $1.2 billion in subsidies for 2021. that's a huge $198,000 for each film/video job in Georgia.
- In 2021, Georgia paid the highest incentives to Hollywood of any state, yet its account books are closed and audits were not required.
- Rivian is an electric vehicle prototype firm. It built only 1,050 EVs in 2021, the same year Telsa manufactured and delivered over 930,000 EVs to customers.
| |
- Against strong Morgan county opposition, Kemp is ramrodding a Rivian factory be built in a quiet, retirement community.
- Georgia will pay $1.5 billion in subsidies to Rivian, whose common stock price fell from $180 to $30 in last 6 months.
- George Soros, Nazi collaborator and foreign billionaire financing the Democrat Dark Money Machine, is a major owner of Rivian stock.
Now Kemp's Kleptocracy is integrated with four other government types — whose names will appear in future political science textbooks — namely FakeBallotocracy, Unipartyocracy, Hollywoodocracy, and ElectricCartocracy. Let's review these forms of government Kemp has weaved into his Georgia Kleptocracy: |
Click the image below to see full-screen.
FakeBallotocracy A FakeBallotocracy is a government that decides for voters exactly who gets elected to public office. The key benefit: citizens no longer need to be distracted from their Facebook surfing to worry about government issues that are adequately being solved for them by politicians. Now once the FakeBallotocrats decide which candidates will win, the ball is passed to the Board of Elections who makes sure "the outcomes match the plan". That's a particularly tough job requiring great coordination across cities, counties, and precincts. It includes managing several tricky programs, such as: - Voting Rolls — A sufficient number of registered voters-who-don't-vote must be compiled to leave enough breathing room for votes to be shifted around without alarming the voters who actually bother to show up and vote in person. It's vital that plenty of out-of-state and dead voter registrations be in the mix to comfortably alter the results to achieve the desired winners.
- Ballot Harvesting is a widely misunderstood process. It should be noted that Dinesh D'Sousa new movie "2,000 Mules" greatly over-simplifies this meticulous task of ballot box stuffing. For instance, there are many management challenges in distributing Zuckerbucks and Soros payments to reward the right mules -- many of whom are as dumb as donkeys.
|
- Poll Workers must be carefully selected. But in truth, the tricky vote juggling only needs to be done by a select team of "enlightened ones" who know how to operate the delicate fraud processes. They must also be sufficiently trained to initiate emergency vote juggling when unexpected events occur such as the the fake flooding of Fulton County convention center bathrooms at midnight.
| |
- Software Alignment of Votes -- The advantage of the latest software-driven voting machines from firms like Dominion Software is they enable remote, non-secure vote tabulation and fine-tuning of the totals. They are key to artificially modifying the precinct votes just enough but without arising suspicions of vote tampering.
Now it would be a mistake to believe that managing the election process itself is sufficient to sustain a FakeBallotcracy. In truth, it's the Post Election Cover Up where the true success lies, and here's where Governor Kemp and his loyal Secretary Rattsenburger are truly outstanding in their cunning. Yet, here again, there are many management challenges to pulling it off, such as: - Coordinating with corrupt Georgia and national media to promote the lie of "clean elections" when any honest person sees rampant fraud.
- Making ballots magically disappear when they are required to be kept for years under strict security.
- Ensuring no election worker spends even a day in jail. This is critical because otherwise the FakeBallotocracy voting theft could collapse.
- Appearing-to-solve election irregularities by pushing weak "Election Integrity" legislation. This fools the voter into thinking action has been taken while in truth the bill enables the fraud to continue.
- Killing independent audits through court delays, special rules and financial roadblocks. Key tactics include: setting impossible deadlines; requiring the lease of expensive arenas or convention space to conduct the audit in; and delaying audit activities long enough to force auditors to pay a heavy price in audit expert salaries, lodging, and meals.
- Using the courts to delay and frustrate attempts to investigate voting fraud in the first place.
ElectricCartocracy An ElectricCartocracy is a government that subsidizes factory building and seizes land for unproven electric-car-prototype firms like Rivian a firm who manufactured a total of 1,050 vehicles in 2021, versus Tesla who manufactured 930,422 electric cars and delivered 936,222 to customers in 2021. Normally people are skeptical of a manufacturer who has never run a large scale production line before — and then is suddenly is awarded $1.5 billion in subsidies by a state. But ElectricCartocrats are not concerned with pragmatism or risks. Rather they believe the lie that are delivering "jobs, jobs, jobs" will keep them in office. So having a prudent, low risk and performance-driven partnership with an enterprise is not even considered.
ElectricCartocrats also ignore the reality of Georgia's economy. The state is powered by the internal combustion engine: just look at Atlanta metro's jam-packed highways! Yet the leaders hope to eventually mandate citizens buy high-priced all-electric cars they can't afford — and fueled by a massive electric grid that doesn't exist.
Hollywoodocracy A Hollywoodocracy is a government whose politicians worship celebrities, glitz, and movie moguls, and who are happy to pay billions of dollars in non-audited, closed-book subsidies to Hollywood (the film and video industries). Hollywoodocrats are never satisfied until every single film and video job in the state is fully funded by Georgia tax dollars, as if it were a separate branch of state government. |
Georgia paid over $1.2 billion in subsidizes to Hollywood for fiscal year 2021. That money is equivalent to paying for a) the full wages of the 6,000 [FTE] jobs of Georgia citizens in the film/video industry ($360 million) and b) an added $800 million in expenses such as non-Georgia citizen wages, equipment, airfare, lodging, and other expenses in the pre- to post-production phases of film/video projects. The bonus for Hollywoodocrats is they get to brag about dealing with a glamorous industry and giving tax breaks to insiders and high-income Georgians. In short, average working-class Georgians and small businesses get the privilege of making Hollywood movie moguls rich.
Unipartyocracy A government run by politicians from different parties who pretend to oppose each other, yet secretly stand together. Unipartycrats excel at jointly stealing elections, earning kickbacks, or using taxpayer money for their fraudulent schemes. Georgia is one state where the leading Republicans and Democrat state politicians march in lock step. Kemp and Stacey Abrams are perfectly aligned on the corporate welfare issue. Abrams and Kemp each try to take credit for the bogus "Hollywood jobs" they lie about creating. The same goes for pushing money at Rivian, the electric car prototype company that powers itself on government insiders, not car manufacturing. |
And in election integrity, Kemp and Abrams both agree November 2020 was a clean election. Both of them are bending over backwards to stop legitimate election audits. The biggest issue of all is a total lack of respect for the taxpayer/citizen. The clever schemes and election fraud keep crooked governors and legislators in positions to get kickbacks. And the money to fund schools, police protection, roads, and other community services is squeezed by big businesses who have no soul and refuse to pay their rightful share to the communities they profit from.

Georgia FReepers, the election is upon us. Voting has already begun. I worked with qaz123 to assemble some facts and make the case for WHY KEMP MUST BE PRIMARIED.
The massive fraud in the state of Georgia will not stopped overnight. But I feel we must send a message and not allow Kemp to continue his rampage against the taxpayers of Georgia and the MAGA movement, which another Georgian, Marjorie Taylor Greene so well exemplifies.
Look forward to your comments. The over-sized images can double as mini attack posters. Feel free to distribute any of this info to reinforce what Kemp is really about.

Did Kemp and state officials receive Zucker bucks. Did they get kickbacks from dominion for installing electronic voting machines? This is the moment that Project veritas could make a major impact by interviewing many of the 2000 mules that help steal the election.

The RINOs just had this clever little plan to get rid of Trump and keep the Senate. Kinda backfired didn’t it, you lazy dumb weasels.Yeah, the RINOs couldn't investigate any cheat-by-mail-in ballots or drop-box irregularities in the Senate races because the same methods were used against Trump, and they weren't going to do anything to get those fraudulent votes for Biden thrown out. So they happily let the Senate go to the Dems and we got a new Leftist SCOTUS member that should have been appointed by Trump.
The only way we get our country back is to first take back our republican party away from the RINO traitors. Vote every one of them out who must face a primary this summer, especially in the state legislatures.
I don't believe Kemp has a huge lead over Perdue. The lamestream "polls" for JD Vance had him in a virtual 3-way tie. That is not at all how the election turned out. He won with a wide margin. The purpose of polling today is to shape opinion, namely to make you think the Trump-endorsed challenger is losing.
To: HandBasketHell
I don't believe Kemp has a huge lead over Perdue. I don't either. Vance and Mandel told us that polls wrt RINOS are total BS. Vance was to lose bigly according to all the polls. Guess what? Same thing with Kemp in my book. I'm voting against both him and Raffensperger. Two snakes under a rock.

Why is Purdue so non existent? Has he given up? I see no signs, I don’t hear from him. Are they holding their fodder till closer to the primary? Are they waiting for more stuff to come out on Kemp. I think that might a clear strategy.

It’s not that hard to see the GOPe Club moves in Georgia, you just have to shake off the ‘battered conservative syndrome‘ to accept it.
Georgia is holding an open primary, where democrats can vote for republicans and republicans can vote for democrats.
The Democrat Governor candidate is Stacy Abrams, and she is running unopposed.
The AME Church Network (think prior Mississippi strategy for Thad Cochran by Haley Barbour and Mitch McConnell) have been activated to vote in the republican primary, so democrats in Georgia will choose the republican candidate who will run against Stacy Abrams.
Georgia Democrats will vote for incumbent republican governor Brian Kemp this month because that’s who they want on the ticket in the November general election, facing their candidate, Stacy Abrams. Georgia is the homebase of the AME church network and their political operations. This is part of the reason why Georgia politics is:
(a) racially divisive; and
(b) fraught with corruption.
As a direct result of democrats selecting the opposition, Stacy Abrams will win in November. Open primaries are club rules used to make red states turn blue. Allowing your opposition to choose your candidate is never smart.
[Note: Texas is soon to follow if they are not careful.]
Everything at this level of electoral games is controlled by the state political clubs. The republican club in Georgia is ideologically against MAGA more than they are against Democrats. The GA parties control the rules and thereby the political outcomes, the voters in GA operate under the illusion of choice. This is not uncommon.
The key point is to note that republican governor Brian Kemp (pictured above) is going to be the predetermined primary winner. Kemp will have GOPe support, some smaller faction of conservative support, and he will have more than enough democrats voting for him to beat any challenge.
President Trump has endorsed former GA Senator David Perdue for the governor race. Likely Senator Perdue sought that endorsement, and Trump gave it to him despite Perdue being a lifetime member of the Mitch McConnell stable.
We can debate Perdue and McConnell’s motives for running this strategy, but the weedy point is essentially moot. Even with full MAGA support, David Perdue will not beat Brian Kemp in the GA primary because organized democrats (AME church network) are going to vote for Kemp.
There is no scenario where Kemp doesn’t win the primary, it is a done deal. The club is happy.
Into this scenario the GOPe club now have an opportunity to attack and diminish their real enemy, Donald Trump and the MAGA movement.
Donald Trump, trying to break the GOP corruption cycle in Georgia (noted by their activity in 2020) has endorsed David Perdue. However, Mitch McConnell and now George W Bush are very publicly supporting Kemp. Duh, the Kemp victory is assured.
When Kemp wins the primary, the MAGA-ino (in name only) candidate, David Perdue, will be defeated. This allows the GOPe club to push the narrative that Trumpism is dead within the republican party. We are dealing with an internecine battle between the old guard and maga inside the RNC club.
The Mitch McConnell/George W Bush crowd will use the Kemp primary victory to diminish MAGA and the national media will put the massive spotlight on the Trump-endorsed loss in order to diminish Donald Trump and MAGA. It’s a familiar playbook and repeated pattern (see Tea Party).
GEORGIA – The [Kemp] fundraiser with Bush this month will put Kemp in front of an influential room of Texas donors just days before the Georgia primary on May 24. Hosts of the May 16 event include Crow; Jim Francis, a major Texas bundler; Republican strategist Karl Rove; and Ross Perot, Jr., son of the former presidential candidate. Tickets for a V.I.P. reception are listed at $15,200, while the general reception is going for $5,000. (read more)
The high information Georgia conservative voters know that Brian Kemp is corrupt and would have a very hard time voting for him. However, Brian Kemp losing in November to Stacy Abrams is no big deal to the GOPe club. The Club would rather lose the Governor’s seat and retain power, than defeat a democrat opponent and be held accountable for political reform and federalism policies they really don’t support.
Besides, even in the unfortunate event that Kemp did win the general election (GA base voters all collectively decide to hold their nose), the Club knows Kemp’s crew will not reform or change anything; so, it’s a win/win either way.
On the other side of the Club dynamic (the democrat wing), the most likely scenario is Stacy Abrams winning.
This would flip the state from red to blue, and provide the fuel for the national press and DNC to proclaim that Democrat policies are on the rise and everyone loves democrats.
Even if Abram’s is the only win in the entire 2022 mid-term election, that will be their message.
This outcome sets the stage for the return half of the AME Church Network quid-pro-quo that was established in 2020.
When Obama and James Clyburn cut the 2020 Biden deal, Obama got his third term to execute radical kamikaze policies without concern for reelection, in exchange for AME support of Biden.
The 2024 return payment is Stacy Abrams as the 2024 democrat nominee.
It’s all club games. Unfortunately in the Georgia mid-term Donald Trump endorsed the candidate the GOPe club had specifically put into place in order to lose. David Perdue will land a cushy Wall Street organized corporate gig; Brian Kemp will land a cushy Wall Street organized corporate gig, and Stacy Abrams will be the Georgia governor.
Having looked carefully, I cannot see a countering move that would disrupt the Republican Club plan for this one.
With Democrats able to select the Republican nominee, unfortunately Georgia looks lost.

Purdue IS very quiet. I heard -- with Trump's help -- a lot of TV advertising is happening. That investment gives me great confidence we can get the win and primary this arrogant governor.

“I don’t believe Kemp has a huge lead over Perdue.”
Yeah, we all know about how polls are meant to influence opinions rather than reflect opinions, but there’s little reason to think that Kemp is NOT leading fairly big right now.
Just like in Texas (Paxton vs. Yeb Yunior) and Ohio (Vance vs. RINO Dolan) Georgia is another state with OPEN PRIMARIES which means Democrats can, will, and are voting in Republican primaries in very large numbers. That’s how Paxton wound up in a runoff; that’s how Dolan “mysteriously” surged in the polls up to the last minute.
Dolan lost, Paxton will win the runoff easily (probably), but there’s ZERO reason to disbelieve that there’s an absolute flood of Democrats supporting Kemp over Perdue. It’s beyond obvious that those same Democrats, having picked what they think is the weakest Republican, will 100% flock back to Fatass Monkeybitch in November — win-win!
Either the RINO gets 4 more years to ignore massive Democrat vote fraud.... or the infinitely worse option is elected and gets 4 years to completely destroy what’s left of Georgia and make it red (proper color usage) forever.

Not so fast, Mr. Bratch.
Sound like your main argument is that George Bush will pull crooked Kemp across the finish line?
How did the GOPe do in the Ohio Senate race trying to push a RINO with Levin, Cruz, Bush and the rest of the Never Trumpers coming into Ohio. JD Vance was way down in the pack but won by 9 points.
I think you vastly underestimate the determination of Georgia GOP to dump Kemp. You clearly see that attitude on Free Republic.
Me thinks a lot of fireworks are coming in the next few weeks. In any case, saying the race is over doesn't compute because it doesn't factor in MAGA and the disgust out there for the arrogant Kleptocrat governor.

Perdue came out of corporate America (Dollar General) and was only in the Senate one term before losing the seat in the steal of 2020. Calling him that is more than a bit unfair. He is a bit boring as a campaigner, and didn’t rock the boat in that term, but could have been trying to learn the ropes in a difficult time. He is certainly better than the Dem trash in that seat due to the steal.
Based on his corporate experience, he might be a much better executive than he was a low-seniority legislator.

Thanks, seems like there are several ballads/fables of Robin Hood. And Wikipedia says "he is said to have robbed from the rich and given to the poor." So maybe my memory was shaped by Hollywood trying to make a story out it. He's definitely a hero fighting tyranny.
