Today I attended a meet and greet with Arizona AG candidate Abraham Hamadeh. Some comments:
*** Son of Syrian Refugees, he seems like the real deal. Solid conservative, deep love for the country. He is young and I would expect has aspirations for higher office. Basd on what I heard, he would be a solid candidate for Governor in the future.
*** He stated stromg respect for Trump and the "America First" policies Trump has pur forward.
*** Also stated admiration for what Gov. Desantis has done in Florida. Specifically turning it from a purple state (Desantis won by less than 1%) into a sold Red State. Hamadeh believes the same can be done in AZ, with the right leadership.
*** Strong on border enforcement. Believes we need to start doing all we can (as a state) to stop the open border policies.
*** Strongly critical of Gov. Doucey and AG Brnovich for their failings regarding the 2020 election.
*** Did not specifically endorse anyone for Governor, but suggested that the endorsements received by each be looked at closely. "If they are being endorsed, by RINO's don't vote for them".
*** He has another event scheduled for May 16 in Scottsdale. Featured speakers will be Ric Grinnell and Kash Patel.
Thanks for the info. I will pass it along.
*** Son of Syrian Refugees- Sorry, but that would be the deal breaker for me.
I misspelled his name in the headline. It is: Hamadeh
Are you voting here? If the guy is MAGA, I don’t care if he has purple skin.
Christian, Islamic, or neither?
Just wondering, as I’m in PA.
Syrians will say anything.
It’s not the color of his skin, it’s the hatred his people have for us.
He did not mention his religion.
I strongly support Andy Gould.
By far the most experienced, the only one who really proven himself fighting the liberals.
Agree. I like the people who are supporting him, to me that speaks well for him.
Gotcha. I live outside of Philly. Up in Allentown there’s a group of Syrians that are Christian. They came quite a while ago due to....Muslims.
They are productive and kind.
I just don’t care for Muslims, and I don’t think the US needs any.
The beliefs are incompatible with rights in the US.
Andy Gould Web site.
Arizona own, endorsed by many more people, but mostly Arizonians. Quit a warm lifetime position as AZ supreme court justice to run for the AZ attorney General.
A lot of famous families in Arizona are of Lebanese/Syrian heritage...Basha, Coury, Kalil, Itule, Tibshraeny.
Abe only has 2 years of legal experience and is running to be the top legal officer in the state;; stop listening to the hype;; and the paid endorsements (he comes from family money) 1.1M of the 1.2M he raised was from his dad. He is unfit for office. This is a pivotal time for AZ and for the United States we cannot afford to have a candidate who worked for two years as a Attorney I (a entry level position for recent graduates) be the top legal officer in the state. AZ doesnâÂÂt have the time to train someone on the job we need someone who will get straight to work day 1. So many candidates are saying the right things, tweeting the right things, but what have they actually done? Hamadeh is trying to buy the seat and supported Flake and McCain. Hamadeh and his brother supported donated and campaigned for Flake after Flake spent 2 years denouncing Trump. He is not MAGA, he is a fraud. , VET your candidates,,
Yes,
He does not have any experience and his links to Flake and MCCain are suspicious.
He has Zero support in Arizona.
All he has is rich dad and other rich relatives who gave him lots of money. Plus some out of state support which he probably also purchased.
I am voting for Andy Gould.
He is just the opposite - came from poor family, studied hard, work up, has about 40 years of experience in all legal profession - prosecutor, judge, Principal judge, AZ supreme court judge.
He has a lot of very creative ideas, which made Conservative national news, like arresting illegals for trespassing!
He’s got a lot more support in Arizona and understands AZ specific.
Frankly, I like even Dawn Grove and Tiffany Shedd a lot better than Abe.
It is easy to say right things in Republican party meetings or advertisements.
The problem is, how you will stand to some Powerful, Soros funded lawyer or mad leftist media type!
When I look at all of the candidates, they all say right things, but if I imagine them in the confrontation, I think Andy Gould is the one he can be the best in the hot water!
BTW Flake was the worst disappointment I remember!
When he was a congressman, he did great, but after becoming senator, he changed so much!
