Sussman is facing one - a single count - the same charge that Clinesmith faced. Clinesmith got zero fine, zero jail time and he can practice Law.

The Judge at Clinesmith’s (non) sentenceing called him a good man.

The Judge in this case is the Husband of Lisa Page’s attorney in the Coup case. A Dem Lawyer that has moved on to write about the need for more prosecution of Jan 6th protesters.

If so, then it doesn't matter how strong Durham's case is. The DC courts throw the book at republicans using new "interpretations" of law while allowing democrats to walk.
