I have two pairs of arch supports that I bought 15 over so years ago that I always wear in my shoes. They are bendable, but rather hard, so they actually do support. I had arch problems for a few years that led to heel spurs. After wearing the arch supports for a while, they gradually healed.

My interest in the OOFOs is that they claim that walking in them helps with back and joint pain. I tried on a pair once, and I do not believe I would need my arch supports as the arches in OOFOs are quite pronounced. At the time, I could not decide if I wanted to spend so much on a pair of shoes that would probably wear out quickly.

if you go to amazon and search around you can find some cheaper than the website. It’s a pain. Depends on size and color.
