And for knees look at your feet. I walk on the outside of my feet and it affects the stabilization of my knee. It’s better when I use foot inserts to counter it.

I am tempted to try a pair of those OOFOs.

i hadnt heard of those ..will have to investigate.

Look at the bottom of you well worn shoes to see your walking pattern and where you have issues. the podiatrist had me buy some expensive inserts. I wear them in house shoes

those inserts you buy after standing on that machine at walmart etc also seemed to help my knees.

amazon sells those shoes so you can order them and try them on and then return to their local center if they have one near you. Kohls used to take their returns..might still.
